Resistance of 140 rice promising lines against striped stem borer was evaluated in two planting date in the field under natural infections in Sari Agricultural Science and Natural Resources University during 2008-2009. This study carried out as a factorial experiment in Randomized complete block design with three replications. The results showed that lines of 131 (Noksiah×Fajr) with 94.2% and 27 (Sang tarom×Deylamani) with 91.4% had the highest percentage of infection and lines 2 (Tarom × Deylamani) and 70 (IR58025A×IR-19R/Neda) had the lowest percentage of infection against the striped stem borer. Therefore, these lines identified as lines of susceptible and relatively resistant, respectively. In evaluation of white head in lines to striped stem borer, the results showed that 21.42% of total lines were susceptible and 11.63% were resistant. Also, percentage of infection (9.62%) and white head (14.17%) in second planting date (mid June) were higher than first planting date. Coefficients of correlation for morphological traits showed that plant height (r = 0.197) and tiller number (r = -0.101) had effect on percentage of infection and tiller number (r = -0.25) on percentage of white head. Also, it represented correlation between stem diameter and tiller number. Increasing of tiller number causing decreasing of stem diameter make effective resistance.}, keywords = {Resistance,Rice stem borer,Rice promising line,Infection,White head}, title_fa = {شناسایی مقدماتی لاین‌های مقاوم به کرم ساقه‌خوار برنج، (Chilo suppressalis (Walker، در شرایط مزرعه}, abstract_fa = {استفاده از گیاهان مقاوم در کشاورزی پایدار یکی از بهترین روش‌های مدیریت تلفیقی آفات می‌باشد. مقاومت 140 لاین امیدبخشبرنج به آفت کرم ساقه‌خوار در دو تاریخ کاشت به فاصله 15 روز در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری ارزیابی شد. این مطالعه به‌صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 88-1387 انجام گرفت. آلوده‌سازی به‌صورت طبیعی بود و ارزیابی لاین‌ها به‌منظور تعیین لاین‌های مقاوم در مراحل رویشی و زایشی انجام گرفت. نتایج ارزیابی درصد آلودگی نشان داد که لاین‌های 131 (نوک سیاه × فجر) با 20/94 درصد و 27 (سنگ طارم × ساحل) با 40/91 درصد آلودگی بیش‌ترین و لاین‌های 2 (طارم × دیلمانی) و 70 (ندا/ (IR58025A×IR-19R)) کم‌ترین درصد آلودگی را به کرم ساقه‌خوار برنج داشتند و می‌توان این لاین‌ها را به‌عنوان لاین‌های حساس و نسبتاً مقاوم معرفی نمود. ارزیابی درصد سفید شدن خوشه ناشی از خسارت کرم ساقه‌خوار برنج نشان داد که 42/21 درصدند لاین‌ها حساس و 43/11 درصد از آن‌ها مقاوم بودند. همچنین، نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که لاین‌های کاشته شده در تاریخ کاشت دوم (اواسط خرداد) 62/9 درصد آلودگی و 17/14 درصد سفید شدن خوشه بیش‌تری نسبت به تاریخ کشت اول نشان دادند. بررسی همبستگی صفات مورفولوژیک گیاه نشان داد که بین ارتفاع بوته و درصد آلودگی (197/0=r) همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌دار، بین تعداد پنجه و درصد آلودگی (101/0-=r) و بین تعداد پنجه با درصد سفید شدن خوشه (182/0-=r) همبستگی منفی معنی‌داری وجود داشت. همچنین قطر ساقه با تعداد پنجه (25/0-=r) همبستگی منفی معنی‌دار داشت، بنابراین می‌توان بیان نمود که افزایش تعداد پنجه از طریق کاهش قطر ساقه می‌تواند در مقاوم شدن گیاه مؤثر باشد.}, keywords_fa = {مقاومت,کرم ساقه‌خوار برنج,لاین‌های امیدبخش برنج,آلودگی,سفید شدن خوشه}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_155.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_155_2ed86451667a05e2a615de947dbafbbf.pdf} }
