Main and sub plots were four nitrogen levels (zero, 30, 60 and 90 kg.ha-1) and three plant densities (25, 50 and 75 plants.m-2), respectively. Nitrogen (as Urea) was used at 4-6 leaves and flowering stages of marigold. The results showed that the simple effects of nitrogen and plant densities were significant (p≥0.05) on plant height, shoot, root, seed and flower dry weights, biological yield, harvest index and essential oil and extract contents of marigold. Interaction between nitrogen level and plant density had not significant effect on studied traits. By increasing nitrogen level from zero to 60 kg.ha-1, enhanced flower dry weight and essential oil content due to increasing in vegetative growth and photosynthesis up to 100% and by increasing nitrogen level up to 90 kg.ha-1, dry weight and essential oil content declined 33 and 52%, respectively. Whereas, by enhancing in plant density from 25 to 50 plants.m-2, increased flower dry weight and essential oil content up to 23 and 29% and by increasing in nitrogen level up to 75 plants.m-2, dry weight and essential oil content decreased 20 and 44%, respectively.}, keywords = {Essential oil,Soil fertility,Medicinal plat,Marigold}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر تراکم‌های بوته و مقادیر کود نیتروژن بر عملکرد و خصوصیات کیفی گیاه داروئی همیشه بهار (Calendula officinalis L.)}, abstract_fa = {بمنظور بررسی اثر تراکم‌های مختلف بوته و سطوح کود نیتروژن بر رشد، عملکرد و خصوصیات کیفی گونه دارویی همیشه بهار، آزمایشی به صورت کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و با چهار تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تربت جام در سال زراعی 88-1387 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای اصلی و فرعی به ترتیب شامل چهار سطح نیتروژن (صفر، 30، 60 و 90 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و سه تراکم بوته (25، 50 و 75 بوته در متر مربع) بودند. نیتروژن در دو مرحله 6-4 برگی و گلدهی همیشه بهار اضافه شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثرات ساده مقادیر نیتروژن و تراکم بوته بر ارتفاع، وزن خشک ساقه و ریشه، وزن خشک گل و بذر، عملکرد بیولوژیکی، شاخص برداشت و محتوی اسانس و عصاره همیشه بهار معنی‌دار بود. اثرات متقابل کود نیتروژن و تراکم بوته بر هیچیک از صفات مورد بررسی همیشه بهار نبود. با افزایش مصرف نیتروژن از صفر تا 60 کیلوگرم بدلیل افزایش رشد رویشی و بهبود فتوسنتز، وزن خشک گل و اسانس بیش از 100 درصد افزایش و با افزایش بیشتر آن، این دو جزء به ترتیب 33 و 52 درصد کاهش یافت. با افزایش تعداد بوته از 25 به 50 بوته در متر مربع وزن خشک گل و محتوی اسانس به ترتیب 23 و 29 درصد افزایش یافت و با افزایش تراکم تا 75 بوته در متر مربع، کاهش به ترتیب 20 و 44 درصدی برای این دو صفت مشاهده شد.}, keywords_fa = {اسانس,حاصلخیزی خاک,گیاه دارویی,همیشه بهار}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_1794.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_1794_a124df4b2d7b03f36e5595213edbe469.pdf} }
