This study was performed in order to investigation of interaction between 0, 0.5 and 1.5 mM concentrations of salicylic acid, as a seed pretreatment and different levels of drought stress (100, 75, 50 and 25 percent of field capacity) on the proline and soluble carbohydrates accumulation and the catalase and peroxidase activity in Nitraria shoberi. Data analysed after 21 days of drought stress exerting on 45-old days seedlings showed that the carbohydrate content increased significantly about 50% and proline as much as 123% in moderate stress by high concentration of SA. But with the increase in water stress levels, was reduced the rate of this effects, insofar as the severe drought, SA could not to make a significant positive difference with the control samples. These results might be due to activation of metabolic consumption of these substances to form new cell constituents, as a mechanism to stimulate growth and or triggering other mechanisms of resistance by SA and no need to overproduction of this the substance. On the other hand SA causes 66% inhibition in the catalase activity and 50% stimulation in peroxidase activity. This event can lead to an increase of H2O2, which it involved in resistant as a signal molecule and also used for peroxidase activity as a precursor of lignin production and development of resistance in drought condition.}, keywords = {Carbohydrate,catalase,Peroxidase,Proline,Water deficit}, title_fa = {تاثیر سالیسیلیک اسید بر تجمع اسمولیتهای آلی و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی گیاه قره داغ (Nitraria shoberi L.) در شرایط تنش خشکی}, abstract_fa = {سالیسیلیک اسید (SA)، هورمونی گیاهی با ماهیت فنلی است که نقش آن در افزایش مقاومت گیاهان به تنشهای زیستی و غیرزیستی در مطالعات متعددی به اثبات رسیده است. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تأثیر متقابل غلظتهای 0، 5/0 و 5/1 میلیمولار سالیسیلیک اسید، به صورت پیشتیمار بذر، بر میزان تجمع پرولین و هیدراتهای کربن محلول و فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و پراکسیداز در گیاه قرهداغ، در سطوح مختلف تنش خشکی(100، 75، 50 و 25 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) طراحی و اجرا گردید. تجزیهی دادهها پس از 21 روز اعمال تنش خشکی بر گیاهچههای 45روزه نشان داد که غلظت بالای SA، باعث افزایش معنیدار مقدار پرولین به میزان 50% و هیدراتکربن به میزان2/1 برابرتنش ملایم گردید؛ اما با افزایش سطوح خشکی از میزان این تاثیر کاسته شد؛ تا حدیکه در تنش شدید،SA نتوانست تفاوت مثبت معنیداری را با نمونه شاهد ایجاد کند. این نتایج میتواند ناشی از فعال شدن مصرف متابولیکی این مواد برای تشکیل اجزای سلولهای جدید، به عنوان مکانیسمی برای تحریک رشد و یا به علت راه افتادن سایر مکانیسمهای مقاومت توسط SA و عدم نیاز به تولید بالای این دو ماده باشد. از طرفی غلظت پایینتر SA باعث مهار 66 درصدی فعالیت کاتالاز و تحریک 40 درصدی فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز در شرایط خشکی شدید گردید. این رویداد میتواند منجر به افزایش 2O2H شود که به عنوان ملکول سیگنالی در ایجاد مقاومت دخالت دارد و همچنین به عنوان پیشمادهای برای فعالیت پراکسیداز در تولید لیگنین وایجاد مقاومت در شرایط خشکی به کار رود.}, keywords_fa = {پراکسیداز,پرولین,کاتالاز,کمبود آب,هیدرات کربن}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_1800.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_1800_5834644fef61a9515d65feb76ca8e950.pdf} }
