Recognition of threshold for salt tolerance and determining the slope of yield loss in medicinal plants has an important role in the selection of suitable lands for their cultivation. The effect of salinity stress on soluble compound, relative water content (RWC) and biochemical indices were investigated in German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.). This study was conducted in a randomized complete blocks design with three replications. Because the control salinity levels in the soil, during the experimental period was difficult, the hydroponic culture was used to do this research. Electrical conductivity (EC) levels were included: 2 (control, 50% of Hoagland solution), 4, 8, 12 and 16 dS.m -1 by NaCl salt. The results showed that with increasing salinity, chlorophyll a content was 29.9% and significantly decreased (P*0.01). With increasing salinity chlorophyll b, carotenoids and anthocyanin decreased 39.7, 22.7, 11.1 percent respectively, and were significant (P*0.05). Proline content measurement showed significantly increased (79.5%) with increasing salinity. Leaf relative water content (RWC) also significantly increased (20.1%) with increasing salinity (P*0.01). In general, the salinity stress was effective on physiological processes of chamomile and optimal yield was obtained in salinity 2 dS.m-1.  }, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف شوری بر پرولین، رنگدانه‌های فتوسنتزی و رطوبت نسبی برگ گیاه دارویی بابونه آلمانی Matricaria chamomilla L.)) در محیط آبکشت}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به گستردگی شوری در خاکهای ایران، تنشهای غیرزیستی از قبیل شوری، تهدیدی جدی برای تولیدات کشاورزی، عملکرد و مواد مؤثره‌ی گیاهان دارویی است. در این تحقیق تأثیر تنش شوری بر محتوای ترکیبات محلول، رطوبت نسبی برگ (RWC) و شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی گیاه بابونه آلمانی Matricaria chamomilla L.)) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این مطالعه در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار انجام گردید. از آنجایی که کنترل سطح شوری در خاک در طول مدت انجام آزمایش دشوار است، از محیط کشت هیدروپونیک برای انجام این تحقیق استفاده شده است. قابلیت هدایت الکتریکی(EC) سطوح شوری شامل: 2 (شاهد، چون محلول غذایی %50 هوگلند دارای EC حدود 2 است)، 4، 8، 12 و 16 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر و با استفاده از نمک کلرورسدیم انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شوری، محتوای کلروفیل a، 9/29 درصد و به صورت معنی‌داری کاهش (01/0 P≤) یافت. مقدار کلروفیل کل نیز با افزایش شوری 2/30 درصد کاهش معنی‌دار (05/0 P≤) داشته است. با افزایش شوری، محتوای کلروفیل b، کارتنوئیدها و آنتوسیانین به ترتیب 7/39، 7/22، 1/11 درصد کاهش معنی‌داری (05/0 P≤) را نشان داد. اندازه‌گیری مقدار پرولین نشان دهنده‌ی افزایش معنی‌دار آن با افزایش شوری به میزان 5/79 درصد است. محتوای نسبی آب برگ نیز با افزایش شوری به میزان 1/20 درصد افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (01/0 P≤). بطور کلی تنش شوری فرآیندهای فیزیولوژیک و عملکردی بابونه را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و عملکرد مطلوب در شوری 2 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر بدست آمده است.}, keywords_fa = {آنتوسیانین,پرولین,رطوبت نسبی برگ,کارتنوئید,کلروفیل}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_2391.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_2391_d2126e312c07a45482e97bfb49148ab3.pdf} }
