In estimation of the simple correlation between traits, dry weight was negatively correlated with Na+ and Clˉ. The observed reduction in seedling growth was higher for IR29 (salt sensitive) than IR651 (salt tolerant). Salinity induced high Na+ and Clˉ accumulation in leaves of both genotypes and in IR29 was more than IR651. The highest Na+ and Clˉ concentrations were in third and fourth leaves of IR29. Total soluble carbohydrates concentration was increased only in leaves 5 and 6 of studied genotypes and had no change in leaves 3 and 4. Obtained results showed that under saline condition, reduction in Ca2+ concentration occurred in IR29 more than IR651, however, was observed in all leaves of both genotypes. There was no regular response of seedlings to salinity in relation to accumulation of Mg2+. Mn2+ and P concentrations had no changes under salinity. Under saline condition, K+/Na+ ratio was decreased in both genotypes but was higher in IR29. IR651 could to preserve high K+/Na+ ratio in sixth leaf than other leaves. Generally, IR651 could to accumulation toxic ions in older leaves for prevent damage to young leaves while high levels of these ions were accumulated in young leaves of IR29. Nacl also caused to imbalance for solutes concentration in leaves of both genotypes.}, keywords = {Rice,Salt stress,Solutes accumulation}, title_fa = {تسهیم یون‌ها و کربوهیدرات‌های محلول کل در برگ‌های مختلف ژنوتیپ‌های برنج در پاسخ به تنش شوری}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی واکنش دو ژنوتیپ برنج (Oryza sativa L.) در تجمع و تسهیم سدیم، پتاسیم، کلسیم، منیزیم، کلر، منگنز، فسفر و قندهای محلول کل در برگ‌های سوم، چهارم، پنجم و ششم، در پاسخ به تنش شوری، آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی به اجرا در آمد. در بررسی همبستگی بین صفات مختلف، وزن خشک، با تجمع املاح سدیم و کلر همبستگی منفی داشت. کاهش مشاهده شده در رشد، در ژنوتیپ IR29 (حساس به شوری) بیش از IR651 (متحمل به شوری) رخ داد. شوری سبب تجمع مقادیر بالای سدیم و کلر در برگ‌های هر دو ژنوتیپ شد و این افزایش در ژنوتیپ IR29 بیش از IR651 رخ داد. بیشترین تجمع سدیم و کلر در برگ‌های سوم و چهارم ژنوتیپ IR29 رخ داد. تجمع کربوهیدرات‌های محلول کل در اثر اعمال تنش شوری فقط در برگ‌های پنجم و ششم ژنوتیپ‌های مورد مطالعه افزایش یافت و در برگ‌های سوم و چهارم تغییری مشاهده نشد. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که تحت تنش شوری، کاهش در غلظت کلسیم در ژنوتیپ IR29 بیش از ژنوتیپ IR651 رخ داد با این وجود کاهش در تمام برگ‌های هر دو ژنوتیپ مشاهده شد. در ارتباط با تجمع منیزیم، در دو ژنوتیپ روند منظمی وجود نداشت. تحت تنش شوری، غلظت منگنز و فسفر تغییری نداشت، اما نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم در هر دو ژنوتیپ کاهش یافت که این کاهش در IR29 بیش از IR651 بود. ژنوتیپ IR651 توانست نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم را در برگ ششم، بالاتر از سایر برگ‌ها حفظ کند. به‌طور‌کلی، ژنوتیپ IR651 توانست یون‌های سمی را در برگ‌های پیر خود ذخیره کند تا از بروز خسارت به برگ‌های جوان جلوگیری نماید در حالی‌که در ژنوتیپ IR29 مقادیر بالایی از این یون‌ها در برگ‌های جوان تجمع یافت. همچنین، کلرور سدیم موجت اختلال در تعادل غلظت املاح در برگ‌های هر دو ژنوتیپ شد.}, keywords_fa = {برنج,تنش شوری,تجمع املاح}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_348.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_348_fe2bc97ac7fd16408258cf45cdc43187.pdf} }
