In addition to the physiological changes that occurs due to water deficiency in plants, oxidative damage is also an important factor limiting plant growth and production. Plants adopt to cope with water deficit stress to accumulate osmolytes such as proline, glycine betaine and soluble sugar and increased antioxidant compounds (enzymatic such as superoxide dismutase, catalase and non-enzymatic such as carotenoids and anthocyanins against oxidative stress. This study was designed to investigate the effects of deficit stress, nitrogen fertilizer and zeolite on some physiological traits, biological and Trigonelline yield in fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.). Materials and methods: A split factorial experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the research field of Tarbiat Modares University in 2014 and 2015. Five irrigation regimes (unstress at vegetative and reproductive stages, Irrigation at 60% FC; mild stress and irrigation at 40% FC during the vegetative and reproductive stages respectively; severe stress irrigation at 20% FC during the vegetative and reproductive stages respectively) were randomized to the main plots. Subplots were 6 treatments in number and consisted of a factorial combination of three nitrogen fertilization (untreated plots, vermicompost fertilizer at a rate of 2.7 ton ha-1 and nitrogen chemical fertilizer at a rate of 11 kg ha-1) and two zeolite rates, (0, 9 ton ha-1). Physiological traits of fenugreek were measured. Results: The results showed that irrigation regime had a significant effect on all traits. And water deficit stress in both years resulted in increased levels of proline, glycine betaine, soluble carbohydrates, malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, catalase, carotenoids and anthocyanin and also reduces leaves greenness (SPAD), biological and grain trigonelline yield in fenugreek. Increase in the activity of two enzymes superoxide dismutase, catalase, and carotenoids and anthocyanin to sort of indicate activation of both enzymatic and non enzymatic antioxidant system to deal with oxygen free radical production in fenugreek under water deficit stress. It also increases the amount of compounds proline, glycine betaine and soluble carbohydrates in the leaves is effective in osmotic adjustment and create good conditions for absorbing water from the soil. With increasing severe stress decreased the amount of soluble carbohydrates, biological and grain trigonelline yield in fenugreek. The highest and lowest biological and trigoneline yield was obtained in full irrigation and vermicompost fertilizer treatment and severe water deficit stress in reproductive stage (20% FC) and no fertilizer treatment in both years. Also significant statistical difference was observed in trigoneline yield between mild water deficit stresses in vegetative stage treatment (40% FC) with control treatment (full irrigation) in both years. Conclusion: Based on the results in this study, it can be concluded that although the reduction in water consumption was reduced biological and trigonelline yield in fenugreek, But by using vermicompost fertilizer to some extent reduce (14% and 46%) the adverse effects of sever water deficit stress in during reproduction on biological and trigonelline yield in this plant in 2015, respectively. So that produced the least malondialdehyde content (as a marker of lipid peroxidation and membrane damage) with (8 µmol g-1) and the highest total antioxidant capacity (4/6 mg protein), biological and grain trigonelline yield in control treatment (60% FC).}, keywords = {trigonelline yield,Urea,Vermicompost,water deficit stress,Zeolite}, title_fa = {اثرات تنش کم‌آبی در واکنش به زئولیت، ورمی‌کمپوست و کود نیتروژن بر تعدادی از صفات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی شنبلیله}, abstract_fa = {سابقه و هدف: تنش کم‌آبی از مهمترین عوامل محدودکننده تولید محصولات کشاورزی در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک به شمار می‌رود. علاوه بر تغییرات فیزیولوژیک ناشی از بروز تنش، خسارت فزاینده عوامل اکسنده نیز موجب محدودیت رشد و تولید می‌گردد. گیاهان در مقابله با تنش کم‌آبی به تجمع اسمولیت‌هایی مثل پرولین، گلایسین بتائین و قندهای محلول و افزایش ترکیبات آنتی‌اکسیدانتی ‌(آنزیمی مثل سوپر اکسید دسموتاز، کاتالاز و غیر آنزیمی مثل کارتنوئیدها و آنتوسیانین‌ها) می‌پردازند. به‌منظور بررسی اثرات تنش کم‌آبی، کود نیتروژن و زئولیت بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک، عملکرد بیولوژیک و تریگونلین شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) این پژوهش انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایشی به صورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال‌های 1393 و 1394 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل پنج رژیم آبیاری (بدون تنش در مرحله رویشی و زایشی با مقدار آب قابل استفاده گیاه در سطح 60‌% ظرفیت زراعی؛ تنش خفیف و آبیاری در سطح 40‌% ظرفیت زراعی به‌ترتیب در مراحل رویشی و زایشی؛ تنش شدید و آبیاری در سطح 20‌% ظرفیت زراعی به‌ترتیب در مراحل رویشی و زایشی) به عنوان عامل اصلی و ترکیب فاکتوریلی از سه تیمار کودی بر اساس نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه (شاهد، ورمی‌کمپوست به میزان 7/2 تن در هکتار و اوره به میزان 11 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و دو مقدار زئولیت (صفر و نه تن در هکتار) به عنوان عامل فرعی بودند. در این آزمایش صفات فیزیولوژیک گیاه شنبلیله اندازه‌گیری شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر رژیم آبیاری بر تمام صفات مورد مطالعه معنی‌دار گردید، و تنش کم‌آبی (40‌% و 20‌% ظرفیت زراعی) در هر دو سال باعث افزایش میزان تجمع پرولین، گلایسین بتائین، کربوهیدرات محلول، مالون دی آلدهید، آنزیم سوپر اکسیددسموتاز، کاتالاز، کارتنوئید، آنتوسیانین برگ و همچنین باعث کاهش سبزینگی برگ (اسپاد)، عملکرد بیولوژیک و تریگونلین دانه شنبلیله گردید. بالا رفتن فعالیت دو آنزیم سوپر اکسیددسموتاز، کاتالاز و کارتنوئید و آنتوسیانین به نوعی بیانگر فعال شدن هر دو سیستم آنزیمی و غیرآنزیمی آنتی‌اکسیدانتی در شنبلیله جهت مقابله با تولید رادیکال‌های آزاد اکسیژن در تنش کم‌آبی می‌باشد. همچنین افزایش میزان ترکیبات پرولین، گلایسین بتائین و کربوهیدرات محلول در برگ‌ها در جهت تنظیم اسمزی و ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای جذب آب از محیط خاک موثر می‌باشد. با افزایش شدت تنش (20‌% ظرفیت زراعی) از میزان کربوهیدرات محلول برگ، عملکرد بیولوژیک و تریگونلین کاسته‌شد. در هر دو سال به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین مقدار عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد تریگونلین در تیمار بدون تنش کم‌آبی با کود ورمی‌کمپوست و تیمار تنش شدید کم‌آبی (20‌% ظرفیت زراعی) در مرحله زایشی بدون مصرف کود به‌دست آمد. همچنین در هر دو سال از نظر عملکرد تریگونلین اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری بین تیمار تنش خفیف کم‌آبی در مرحله رویشی (40‌% ظرفیت زراعی) با تیمار شاهد (بدون تنش کم‌آبی) مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: هر چند با کاهش آب مصرفی از عملکرد بیولوژیک و تریگونلین گیاه شنبلیله کاسته شد، اما در سال 1394 با بکارگیری کود ورمی‌کمپوست به ترتیب 14 و 44 درصد از بروز اثرات سوء تنش کم‌آبی شدید در مرحله زایشی(20‌% ظرفیت زراعی) بر عملکرد بیولوژیک و تریگونلین تولیدی این گیاه کاست، به‌طوری‌که کمترین مقدار مالون دی‌آلدهید (به‌عنوان شاخص پراکسیداسیون غشا و آسیب به غشا) با ( 8 میکرو مول بر گرم) و بیشترین ظرفیت کل آنتی‌اکسیدانی با (6/4 میلی‌گرم)، عملکرد بیولوژیک و تریگونلین را تیمار شاهد (60‌% ظرفیت زراعی) تولید نمود.}, keywords_fa = {اوره,تنش کم‌آبی,زئولیت,عملکرد تریگونلین,ورمی‌کمپوست}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_3921.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_3921_2e7879f2534bb2da02498697fe54d763.pdf} }
