Most of the agricultural land of Iran was located in arid and semi-arid area and severe water deficit threaten the agriculture of these areas. Accordingly, any strategy to reduce the effects of drought on crop yields is necessary. In agroecosystems, interspecific plant competition for water commonly is less than the intraspecific competition, because various species have different structure, root system and peak water requirements. So, the competition effects of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graceum ) and black cumin (Nigella sativa L.) on yield and yield components were investigated with the aim of reducing damage of drought stress. Materials and methods: In this experiment, five planting patterns including sole fenugreek, sole black cumin and intercrop ratios (2:1, 1:1, 1:2 of fenugreek and black cumin) under W1: normal conditions (maintenance of soil water between 70-100% field capacity), W2: moderate drought stress (irrigation based on 75% W1), and W3: severe drought stress (irrigation based on 50% W1) were evaluated. Consumed water volume for each plot was regulated by the counter for irrigation time determination. In fenugreek, traits such as plant height, number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, 1000 seed weight and grain yield were measured. For black cumin, the plant height, number of branches per plant, number of capsules per plant, number of seeds per capsule, 1000 seed weight and seed yield were measured. Results: In moderate drought stress, the highest seed yield was observed in fenugreek: black cumin (2:1) and (1:2) on average with 1320 and 1222 kg ha-1, respectively. But, in severe drought stress, the greatest seed yield (on an average of 842) was achieved in fenugreek: black cumin (1: 2) and the lowest (on an average of 548 ) was observed in fenugreek sole cropping as well. The highest land equivalent ratio (LER) was belonged to fenugreek: black cumin (2:1) at normal conditions with average of 1.25. In moderate drought, the LER of intercropping treatments was more than one for all patterns. In severe drought stress, fenugreek: black cumin (2:1) and (1:1) had a high LER with average of 1.5 and 1.24, respectively. Conclusion: In general, it could be concluded that although the highest seed yield was achieved in normal irrigation, however in mild and severe drought stress, seed yields of fenugreek: black cumin (1:2 and 2:1) were significantly more than sole cropping. Therefore, could be applied for these medicinal plant production in areas with water scarcity and prevent the agricultural unsustainability via intercropping strategy.}, keywords = {Planting pattern,Seed yield,sole crop,Land Equivalent Ratio}, title_fa = {اثر رقابت گیاهی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دو گیاه دارویی سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa) و شنبلیله ( graceum Trigonella foenum) تحت شرایط تنش خشکی}, abstract_fa = {سابقه و هدف: تنش خشکی یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدود کننده تولید محصولات زراعی در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک می‌باشد. بخش زیادی از اراضی کشاورزی ایران نیز جز مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک است و کمبود شدید آب کشاورزی این مناطق را تهدید می‌کند. بر این اساس هر گونه راهبرد جلوگیری از کاهش اثرات تنش خشکی بر عملکرد محصولات زراعی بسیار ضروری است. در بوم‌نظام‌ها معمولاً رقابت بین گونه‌ای گیاهان برای آب کمتر از رقابت درون گونه‌ای است زیرا گونه‌های مختلف دارای ساختار، سیستم ریشه‌ای و دوره‌های حداکثر نیاز به آب متفاوتی هستند. بنابراین، اثرات رقابت دو گیاه شنبلیله و سیاهدانه در کشت مخلوط بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد با هدف کاهش صدمه تنش خشکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: در این آزمایش پنج تیمار آرایش کاشت شامل کشت خالص شنبلیله، کشت خالص سیاهدانه و سه نسبت کشت مخلوط (2:1، 1:1، 1:2 شنبلیله و سیاهدانه) تحت شرایط سه تیمار تنش شامل بدون تنش (حفظ رطوبت خاک بین 70 تا 100% ظرفیت زراعی) (W1)، W2: تنش خشکی ملایم (آبیاری بر اساس ۷۵ درصد W1) و W3: تنش خشکی شدید (آبیاری بر اساس ۵۰ درصد W1) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در هر آبیاری حجم آب مصرفی برای هر کرت محاسبه و بوسیله کنتور تنظیم شد. برای گیاه شنبلیله صفاتی از قبیل ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه جانبی در بوته، تعداد نیام در بوته، تعداد دانه در نیام، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد بوته و برای گیاه سیاهدانه نیز صفاتی از قبیل ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه جانبی در بوته، تعدادکپسول در بوته، تعداد دانه در کپسول، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه اندازه‌گیری شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در شرایط تنش رطوبتی ملایم بیشترین میزان عملکرد دانه به ترتیب با میانگین 1320 و 1222 کیلوگرم در هکتار در تیمارهای شنبلیله: سیاهدانه (2:1) و (1:2) مشاهده شد اما در شرایط تنش شدید بیشترین میزان عملکرد دانه با میانیگن 842 کیلوگرم در هکتار در تیمار مخلوط شنبلیله: سیاهدانه (1:2) و کمترین آن با میانیگن 548 کیلوگرم در هکتار به کشت خالص شنبلیله اختصاص داشت. نسبت برابری زمین در شرایط بدون تنش در تیمار 2:1 کشت مخلوط‌ شنبلیله: سیاهدانه با میانگین 25/1 بیشترین مقدار بود. تحت شرایط تنش ملایم، تیمار‌های کشت مخلوط دارای نسبت برابری زمین بیشتر از 1 بودند. در شرایط تنش شدید، تیمار‌های کشت مخلوط 2:1 و 1:1 شنبلیله: سیاهدانه به‌ترتیب با میانگین 50/1 و 24/1 دارای نسبت برابری زمین بالایی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه بیشترین عملکرد دانه در شرایط بدون تنش بدست آمد ولی تحت شرایط تنش خشکی ملایم و شدید عملکرد دانه در تیمار‌های کشت مخلوط 1:2 و 2:1 شنبلیله: سیاهدانه نسبت به تیمارهای کشت خالص از برتری چشمگیری برخوردار بود. بنابراین، می‌توان با راهبرد کشت مخلوط، گیاهان دارویی را در مناطقی که دارای مشکل کمبود آب هستند، تولید نمود و از ناپایداری کشاورزی این مناطق جلوگیری کرد.}, keywords_fa = {آرایش کشت,عملکرد دانه,کشت خالص,نسبت برابری زمین}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_4253.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_4253_f4cdbb49149cb7073cb242f22147192a.pdf} }
