The experiment was carried out in a randomized complete block design with three replicates in Simorgh and Savadkooh regions of Mazandaran province during growing season of 2015. The treatments consisted of sole cropping of purple coneflower (Pc), 75% Pc+25%sesame (Se), 50% Pc+50% Se, 25% Pc+75% Se and sole cropping of Se. Some indices such as land equivalent ratio (LER) and monetary advantage (MAI) of intercropping and actual yield loss or increases (AYL) and aggressivitty (A) of two plant species were evaluated based on sesame seed yield and purple coneflower biomass. The statistical analysis of experiment data was performed by using SAS software and mean comparison of evaluated traits was done by Duncan multiple rang test at 5% level of probability.Results: In this current experiment, the purple coneflower sole cropping in the Savadkooh region had the highest economical yield (3631 kg ha-1) with around 17% increases as compared to the Simorgh region. Also, the 75% purple coneflower+25%sesame intercropping had the same economical yield in two regions and the minimum economical yield was belonged to sesame sole cropping in the Savadkooh region (1716 kg ha-1). According to competitive indices of two species, purple coneflower (Apc) and sesame (Ase) at the range of Apc=0.02-0.16 and Ase=0.10-0.26 were the dominant species in the Savadkooh and Simorgh regions, respectively. Regarding to temperature and relative moisture severity decreases in the Savadkooh as compared to the Simorgh region during growth season, purple coneflower had a higher aggressivitty and dry matter accumulation because of the optimum environmental conditions. Furthermore, the highest purple coneflower actual yield index was belonged to 50% Pc+50% Se in the Savadkooh region (AYLpc=0.23) while actual yield loss was observed in 25% Pc+75% Se planting pattern in the Simorgh region (AYLpc=-0.14). Also, the most sesame actual yield index (AYLse=0.26) was belonged to 25% Se +75% Pc intercropping. The results indicated that different intercropping were grouped in the same statistical category and showed up to 7% increases in land equivalent ratio as compared to sole cropping. Also, the 25% Se +75% Pc planting pattern had the highest monetary advantage index (MAI=1823).Conclusion: In conclusion, results indicated that the intercropping influenced by two regions microclimate differences. Accordingly, sesame and purple coneflower in 25 and 50 proportion in the intercropping had the best competitive potential in the Simorgh and Savadkooh regions, respectively.}, keywords = {Actual yield loss,Climate,Land Equivalent Ratio,Purple coneflower,Sesame}, title_fa = {بررسی عملکرد، شاخص‎های رقابت و سودمندی اقتصادی الگوی کاشت مخلوط گیاه دارویی سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea Moench.) و کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) در شرایط اقلیمی متفاوت استان مازندران}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی واکنش گیاه دارویی سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea Moench.) در کشت مخلوط با کنجد (Sesamum indicum L.) به تغییرات خرد‌اقلیمی استان مازندران بود. آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو منطقه سیمرغ و سوادکوه استان مازندران در سال زراعی 1394 اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل تک‌کشتی سرخارگل، 75% سرخارگل+25% کنجد، 50% سرخارگل+50% کنجد، 25% سرخارگل+75 کنجد و تک‌کشتی کنجد بود. در این پژوهش، برخی شاخص‌ها نظیر نسبت برابری زمین (LER) و سودمندی مالی (MAI) کشت مخلوط و ضریب غالبیت (A) و افت یا افزایش عملکرد واقعی (IYA or LYA) دو گونه گیاهی بر اساس عملکرد دانه کنجد و زیست‌توده سرخارگل ارزیابی شد. تجزیه آماری داده‌های آزمایش با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SAS و مقایسه میانگین‌ها برای صفات مورد ارزیابی به‌روش آزمون چند دامنه‌ای دانکن در سطح احتمال پنج درصد انجام شد.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، تک‌کشتی سرخارگل در منطقه سوادکوه از حداکثر تولید (3631 کیلوگرم در هکتار) برخوردار بود که در مقایسه با منطقه سیمرغ حدود هفده درصد افزایش نشان داد. هم‌چنین، کشت مخلوط 75% سرخارگل+25% کنجد از عملکرد اقتصادی مشابهی در دو منطقه برخوردار بود و حداقل تولید اقتصادی به تک‌کشتی کنجد در منطقه سوادکوه (1716 کیلوگرم در هکتار) تعلق داشت. با توجه به شاخص‌های رقابتی دو گونه، سرخارگل (Apc) و کنجد (Ase) در گستره‌ی عددی بین 16/0-02/0 Apc=و 26/0-10/0 Ase= به‌ترتیب در منطقه سوادکوه و سیمرغ گونه غالب بودند. با توجه به افت شدید حداقل دما و رطوبت نسبی اقلیم سوادکوه در مقایسه با منطقه سیمرغ طی فصل رشد، شاخص غالبیت سرخارگل مؤید برخوراری گیاه از بهترین شرایط محیطی و به تبع آن افزایش تجمع ماده خشک در این منطقه می‌باشد. علاوه‌بر این، حداکثر شاخص عملکرد واقعی سرخارگل به کشت مخلوط 50% سرخارگل+50% کنجد در منطقه سوادکوه (23/0AYLpc=) تعلق داشت و افت عملکرد واقعی آن در آرایش کاشت 25% سرخارگل+75% کنجد در منطقه سیمرغ (14/0-AYLpc=) مشاهده شد. هم‌چنین، حداکثر افزایش عملکرد واقعی کنجد به کشت مخلوط 25% کنجد+75% سرخارگل در منطقه سیمرغ (26/0AYLse=) تعلق داشت. نتایج بیانگر آن است ‌که ترکیب‌های مختلف کشت مخلوط در یک گروه آماری افزایش بیش از هفت درصدی نسبت برابری زمین را در مقایسه با تک‌کشتی گونه‌ها موجب گردیدند و کشت مخلوط 75% سرخارگل+25% کنجد از بالاترین شاخص سودمندی مالی کشت مخلوط (1823MAI=) برخوردار بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع، نتایج بیانگر تأثیرپذیری کشت مخلوط از شرایط خرداقلیمی دو منطقه بود. بر این اساس، کنجد و سرخارگل با سهم 25 و 50 در کشت مخلوط به‌ترتیب در مناطق سیمرغ و سوادکوه از توانایی رقابتی بالاتری برخوردار بودند.}, keywords_fa = {افت عملکرد واقعی,اقلیم,سرخارگل,کنجد,نسبت برابری زمین}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_4984.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_4984_c5c0ceddf285bca7489f43a096a9863c.pdf} }
