Merr.). Pot experiment consisted of 10 pesticides, two pesticide application rates (recommended and twice recommended rate) and 2 soybean cultivars (a determinate and an indeterminate). A factorial arrangement at a randomized complete block design with 8 replications was used. Results showed that the effects of three factors on total dry weight (TDW), leaf dry weight (LDW), nitrogen (N%), protein (P%), total nitrogen (TN), and BNF per plant were significant (P=0.01). Pesticide kind and application rate had significant interactions on evaluated traits. Based on findings, pesticides used in this study can be divided into three groups; a) Super gallant (a post-emergence herbicide) and Admiral (an insecticide) that had no significant effects on BNF and TN even when applied in twice recommended rate, b) Basagran (post-emergence herbicide), Dursban (insecticide), Omite and Neorun (acaricides) that had no significant effect on BNF and TN when used in recommended rate, but their effects on BNF and TN were significant when applied in twice recommended rate, c) Two pre-plant herbicides (Treflan and Sonalan), a post-emergence herbicide (Fusilade) and a acari- insecticide (Novacron) that had significant effects on BNF and TN independent of application rate. These findings emphasize the importance of selected pesticide kind and application rate. Also, TDW, LDW, TN and BNF in indeterminate cultivar (Williams) was significantly more than determinate cultivar (Sahar).}, keywords = {Pesticide,Biological nitrogen fixation,growth,soybean}, title_fa = {تأثیر نوع و مقدار مصرف تعدادی از آفت‌کش‌های پرمصرف بر رشد و تثبیت بیولوژیک نیتروژن در سویا}, abstract_fa = {مطالعه‌‌ حاضر به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر تعدادی از آفت‌کش‌های پرمصرف در استان گلستان بر رشد و تثبیت بیولوژیک نیتروژن در سویا (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) انجام شد. آزمایش با سه فاکتور نوع آفت‌کش‌ (شامل 10 نوع علف‌کش، حشره‌کش و کنه‌کش)، مقدار مصرف آفت‌کش (به‌میزان توصیه شده و دو برابر آن) و رقم سویا (سحر و ویلیامز) در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با هشت تکرار به‌صورت فاکتوریل در گلدان به اجرا درآمد. نتایج نشان داد که هر سه فاکتور یاد شده بر وزن خشک کل بوته (TDW)، وزن خشک برگ (LDW)، درصد نیتروژن (N درصد) و پروتئین (PR درصد)، مقدار کل نیتروژن (TN) و میزان تثبیت بیولوژیک نیتروژن (BNF) در بوته در سطح احتمال یک درصد تأثیر گذاشته است. هم‌چنین، اثرات متقابل بین سطوح دو فاکتور نوع و مقدار مصرف آفت‌کش معنی‌دار بود. بر‌اساس نتایج می‌توان آفت‌کش‌های مورد آزمایش را به سه گروه تقسیم نمود، الف) علف‌کش پس‌رویشی گالانت سوپر و حشره‌کش آدمیرال که مصرف آن‌ها حتی به ‌میزانی بیش از مقدار توصیه شده (تا دو برابر) بر TN‌ و BNF تأثیر منفی ندارد، ب) علف‌کش پس‌رویشی بازاگران، حشره‌کش دورسبان و کنه‌کش‌های اومایت و نئورن که مصرف آن‌ها به‌‌میزان توصیه شده بر TN و BNF تأثیر منفی ندارد اما در صورت مصرف به‌‌میزان بیش از مقدار توصیه شده (دو برابر) موجب کاهش TN وBNF می‌شوند، و ج) علف‌کش‌های پیش‌کاشتی ترفلان و سونالان، علف‌کش پس‌‌رویشی فوزیلید و حشره‌کش- کنه‌کش نوواکرون که حتی در صورت مصرف به‌‌میزان توصیه شده بر TN‌ و  BNFتأثیر منفی می‌گذارند. نتایج این مطالعه بر اهمیت نوع آفت‌کش انتخاب شده و مقدار مصرف آفت‌کش‌ها تأکید می‌نمایند. بین دو رقم مورد مطالعه، رقم ویلیامز (رشد- نامحدود) به ‌لحاظ کلیه صفات به استثنای N درصد‌ وPR  درصد بر رقم سحر (رشد- محدود) برتری داشت.}, keywords_fa = {آفت‌کش,تثبیت بیولوژیک نیتروژن,رشد,سویا}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_330.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_330_5c1f056612c0e29575840867b3539a52.pdf} }
