Thus evaluation of genetic diversity of Persian walnut in Lorestan province is very important. So if the results displayed a sufficient genetic diversity of nut and tree, we can use it for walnut breeding programs in future. Materials and methods: In this study 43 Persian walnut genotypes of the five populations were selected. 41 morphologic traits evaluated between these populations were including Alashtar, Doroud, Khorram-abad, Boroujerd and Nourabad. Assaying traits on 10 to 20 samples from each tree, and 5 to 10 leaves, that selected accidently, for 41 quantitative traits related to nuts and leaves such as protein and oil of nuts was done. Results: One-sided variance analysis of the data’s indicated a significant difference between regions for most traits. Means comparison with Duncan’s test at 5% level showed that most traits were significantly different in various regions of Lorestan province. The study of variety coefficients of different traits showed that the husk weight had the most variation among the traits (35.51%). After that, husk humidity (29.45%) and green seed weight (28.39%) respectively owned the major variation among the studied traits. In terms of high protein and oil, Alashtar (20.26 and 64.1%), Boroujerd (19.98 and 60.73%) and Doroud (19.14 and 59.11%) populations respectively had the highest contents of protein and oil than other populations. In terms of nut yield, Boroujerd population had seed weight with hard skin of 12.13gr and highest kernel weight (4.98gr). This population made it the most suitable population for selecting stocks with suitable nut yield. On other hands, the highest percentage of kernel with hard skin was observed in Nourabad population and the highest percentage of kernel with green skin was in Doroud population. Cluster analysis of morphologic traits based on Ward method, differentiated genotype in 3 clusters in distance of -41.21 and populations also in 3 clusters in distance of 67.71. In the first cluster Alashtar, Nourabad and Beyranshahr populations, in the second cluster Doroud population and in the third cluster Boroujerd populations were placed. Based on the results of principal component analysis (PCA), 3 main components justified total of 93.30% of total variance. Dispersion of populations based on 2 main components were corresponded with cluster analysis of walnut populations based on morphologic traits in Lorestan province and populations were put in 3 different areas on diagram. Conclusion: Results showed that genetic relationships among populations that were geographically near each other, caused these populations to be in same groups in cluster analysis. Green seed volume and thickness, length and width of seed with hard skin, had the highest effects on dispersion of populations in this study. Doroud and Nourabad populations respectively with the highest percentage of kernel with green skin and kernel with hard skin are recommended for selection in terms of kernel yield and future walnut breeding program in Lorestan province. Results showed that walnut populations in Lorestan province had a high diversity and the selection must be done through mentioned traits.}, keywords = {Walnut (Juglans regia L.),Cluster analysis,Principal Component Analysis (PCA)}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی توده‌های گردو (Juglans regia L.) بومی استان لرستان با استفاده از روش آماری چندمتغیره}, abstract_fa = {سابقه و هدف: گردوی ایرانی (Juglans regia L.) یکی از مهم‌ترین گونه‌های جنس Juglans است و ایران از مراکز مهم تنوع ژنتیکی آن می‌باشد. لذا تعیین تنوع ژنتیکی توده‌های‌گردوی ایرانی به خصوص در استان لرستان دارای اهمیت بالایی می‌باشدتا در صورت وجود تنوع ژنتیکیکافی در صفات مختلف و همچنین دانه، بتوان از نتایج آن در برنامه‌های اصلاحی آینده گردو استفاده شود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این آزمایش 43 ژنوتیپ گردوی ایرانی بومی استان لرستان از پنج توده الشتر، دورود، خرم آباد، بروجرد و نورآباد با سنجش 41 صفت مورفولوژیک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. اندازه‌گیری صفات روی 10 تا 20 نمونه از هر درخت و 5 تا 10 برگ به صورت تصادفی برای تعداد 41 صفت مربوط به برگ و دانه گردو مانند روغن و پروتئین مغز انجام شد. یافته‌ها: تجزیه واریانس یکطرفه داده‌ها اختلاف معنی‌داری را بین مناطق برای اکثر صفات نشان داد. مقایسه میانگین داده‌ها به روش آزمون دانکن در سطح پنج درصد نشان داد در اکثر صفات اختلاف معنی‌داری بین مناطق مختلف وجود دارد. بررسی ضرایب تنوع مربوط به صفات مختلف نشان داد که بیشترین تنوع مربوط به صفت وزن پوست سبز (51/35 درصد) بود. سپس، به‌ترتیب صفات رطوبت پوست سبز (45/29 درصد) و وزن دانه سبز (39/28 درصد) بیشترین تنوع را در صفات مورد بررسی داشتند. بر اساس مقادیر پروتئین و روغن بالا، به‌ترتیب توده‌های الشتر (26/20 و 1/64 درصد)، بروجرد (98/19 و 73/60 درصد) و دورود (14/19 و 11/59 درصد) به‌عنوان توده‌های مطلوب برای این صفات تشخیص داده شدند. از نظر عملکرد دانه، توده بروجرد با داشتن وزن دانه با پوست سخت (13/12 گرم) و بالاترین وزن مغز (98/4 گرم) مناسب‌ترین توده جهت انتخاب پایه‌های با عملکرد مناسب دانه می‌باشد امّا، بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سخت در توده نورآباد و بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سبز در توده دورود مشاهده شد. تجزیه خوشه‌ای صفات مورفولوژیک بر اساس روش Ward، ژنوتیپ‌ها را در فاصله 21/41– به سه خوشه و توده‌ها را نیز در فاصله 71/67 به سه خوشه متمایز نمود. در خوشه اول سه توده الشتر، نورآباد و بیرانشهر، در خوشه دوم توده‌ دورود و در خوشه سوم توده بروجرد به تنهایی قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی، سه عامل اصلی در مجموع 30/93 درصد از واریانس کل را توجیه نمودند. پراکنش توده‌ها بر اساس دو مولفه اصلی با تجزیه خوشه‌ای توده‌های گردو در استان لرستان بر اساس صفات مورفولوژیک همخوانی داشت و توده‌ها در سه ناحیه مختلف در دیاگرام قرار گرفتند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که جریان ژنی بین توده‌های که تا حدود زیادی نزدیکی جغرافیایی با هم داشتند سبب شده که این توده‌ها در تجزیه کلاستر نیز در یک گروه قرار بگیرند. از بین صفات مورد بررسی صفات حجم و ضخامت دانه سبز، طول و عرض دانه با پوست سخت بیشترین تاثیر را در پراکنش توده‌ها در این مطالعه داشته‌اند. توده‌های دورود و سپس نورآباد به‌ترتیب به جهت داشتن بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سبز و بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سخت جهت گزینش از نظر عملکرد مغز و انجام برنامه‌های اصلاحی آینده گردو در استان لرستان قابل توصیه می‌باشند. نتایج نشان داد که توده‌های گردوی استان لرستان دارای تنوع بالایی بوده و گزینش باید از نظر صفات مورد نظر صورت گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {گردو (Juglans regia L.),تجزیه خوشه‌ای,تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی}, url = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_3940.html}, eprint = {https://jopp.gau.ac.ir/article_3940_3ec9768f0d19d5f31ca47c0bcbe33a75.pdf} }
