اثر پیش تیمار بذر با اسید سالیسیلیک بر جوانهزنی چهار توده بومی شنبلیله(Trigonella foenum-graecum L) در شرایط تنش شوری
سابقه و هدف: شوری یک عامل محیطی است که تمام مراحل رشد و نمو گیاه از جوانهزنی تا تولید میوه و دانه را کم و بیش تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. جوانهزنی، یکی از بحرانیترین مراحل رشد گیاه در شرایط تنش شوری میباشد. در این شرایط، پیشتیمار بذر یکی از روشهای بهبود جوانهزنی و رشد آن در شرایط تنش محیطی میباشد. تیمار بذر روشی است که به واسطه آن بذرها پیش از قرار گرفتن در بستر خود و مواجهه با شرایط اکولوژیکی محیط، از نظر فیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی آمادگی جوانهزنی پیدا میکنند. این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر پیشتیمار بذر چهار توده بومی شنبلیله با سالیسیلیک اسید بر برخی شاخصهای جوانهزنی، گیاه شنبلیله و شناسایی متحملترین توده به شوری انجام شد. مواد و روشها: این تحقیق در سال 1392 در آزمایشگاه ویژه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در ظروف پتری شیشهای انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل چهار سطح شوری (در چهار غلظت صفر، 60، 120 و 180 میلیمولار) کلرید سدیم و سالیسیلیک اسید (در دو غلظت صفر و یک میلیمولار) بودند. در این آزمایش اثر پیش تیمار بذر با سالیسیلیک اسید بر جوانهزنی چهار توده بومی شنبلیله در شرایط تنش شوری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. صفات اندازهگیری شامل درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، طول ریشهچه، طول ساقهچه، وزن خشک ریشهچه، وزن خشک ساقهچه، وزن خشک گیاهچه و نسبت وزن خشک ریشهچه به ساقهچه بودند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر توده، سالیسیلیک اسید و شوری بر صفات اندازهگیری شده در سطح یک درصد معنیدار بود. اثر متقابل توده و سالیسیلیک اسید به جزء طول ساقهچه و اثر متقابل توده × شوری و شوری × سالیسیلیک اسید به جز نسبت وزن ریشهچه به ساقه-چه بر بقیه صفات اندازهگیری شده معنیدار بود. ولی اثرات متقابل توده × سالیسیلیک اسید × شوری بر هیچ یک از صفات مورد مطالعه معنیدار نبود. با افزایش تنش شوری، کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه کاهش معنیداری نشان داد. در شرایط عدم وجود تنش شوری، کاربرد سالیسیلیک اسید تأثیر معنیداری بر افزایش صفات مورد بررسی نداشت ولی در تیمارهای تحت تنش شوری تأثیر مثبت بر جوانهزنی داشت و سبب افزایش جوانهزنی گردید. به طور کلی، در بین چهار توده شنبلیله مورد مطالعه، تودههای اصفهان و آمل تحمل نسبتاً بیشتری به شوری در شرایط پیش تیمار و عدم پیش تیمار با سالیسیلیک اسید در بیشتر صفات اندازهگیری شده نشان دادند. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده اثر تمامی تیمارها بر صفات مورد مطالعه معنیدار بود در حالی که اثر متقابل توده و سالیسیلیک اسید بر طول ساقهچه، اثر متقابل توده و شوری و نیز شوری و سالیسیلیک اسید بر نسبت وزن ریشهچه به ساقهچه و اثر متقابل سه گانه سالیسیلیک اسید، شوری و توده در صفات اندازهگیری شده از نظر آماری معنیدار نبودند. تودههای بومی اصفهان و آمل در بیشتر مراحل رشد تحمل بیشتری نسبت به تودههای همدان و یاسوج نشان دادند. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، به نظر میرسد بتوان از این دو توده به عنوان تودههای حاوی ژنهای متحمل به شوری برای اصلاح تودههایی با پتانسیل عملکرد زیاد استفاده کرد.

مقایسه تغذیه رز بریدنی (Rosa hybryda L. cv. Grain Bdprex) با کود آمونیوم به روش کلتان و نیترات در کشت خاکی
کودهای نیتروژنه یکی از مهمترین عوامل تغذیه ای تأثیر گذار بر تولید در گلخانههای گل رز میباشند. نیترات و آمونیوم، منابع عمدهی نیتروژن معدنی هستند که به وسیله ریشههای گیاهان عالی جذب میشوند. گیاهان میتوانند یونهای نیترات و آمونیوم را جذب کنند اما، بسیاری از گونهها قادر نیستند با آمونیوم به عنوان تنها منبع نیتروژن رشد بهینهای داشته باشند. شکل و نحوه کاربرد این کودها نه تنها بر جذب خود نیتروژن بلکه بر جذب سایر عناصر نیز تأثیر میگذارند. در این پژوهش اثر شکل نیتروژن و کاربرد اسید سولفوریک بر رشد و جذب برخی از عناصر غذایی توسط گیاه رز رقم گرین بدپرکس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با توجه به قلیایی بودن خاک در اکثر نقاط ایران، اهداف این پژوهش تعیین بهترین نوع کود و روش کاربرد برای این مناطق و افزایش جذب عناصر توسط گیاه و توصیه کاربردی آن برای تولید کنندگان گل رز میباشد.آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 4 تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل کود آلی+ اسید سولفوریک+سولفات آمونیوم، کود آلی+ اسید سولفوریک+ نیترات کلسیم، کود آلی+ نیترات کلسیم+ آب مقطر، کود آلی+ سولفات آمونیم+ آب مقطر و تیمار شاهد (بدون کود و یا اسید+ آب مقطر) بود. گیاهان مورد آزمایش شامل بوتههای گل 3 ساله رز هلندی سرخ رقم گرین بدپرکس (Grian Bdprex) بود. آبیاری گیاهان چهار روز یکبار و خاک مورد استفاده از نوع لومی رسی بود. نتایج نشان داد که کوددهی به روش کلتان که تلفیقی از کاربرد کودهای آلی همراه با آمونیوم و اسید سولفوریک است، در خاک مورد آزمایش با pH بالا سبب افزایش رشد رویشی گیاه (وزن تر و خشک برگ، وزن تر و خشک گل، وزن تر و خشک ساقه و وزن تر و خشک ریشه، طول ساقه گل)، قطر گل، عمر گلجایی، کلروفیل a، کاروتنوئیدها و افزایش غلظت نیتروژن، پتاسیم و آهن و نیز کاهش غلظت روی در گیاه شد. به طور مثال در ارتباط با وزن خشک برگ در تیمار نیترات کلسیم با اسید نسبت به گیاهان شاهد 85 درصد افزایش مشاهده گردید. کاربرد کود نیتراتی نیز همراه با اسید در مقایسه با کودهای نیتراتی به تنهایی سبب افزایش رشد رویشی، کیفیت گل و افزایش غلظت آهن، نیتروژن و پتاسیم برگ شد ولی غلظت روی را کاهش داد. از این آزمایش نتیجهگیری شد که با توجه به تأثیر مثبت استفاده از روش کلتان بر رشد، غلظت عناصر غذایی، کلروفیلa، عملکرد و همچنین عمر گلجایی گلهای شاخه بریدنی، این روش کوددهی میتواند در پرورش گل رز به ویژه در خاکهای آهکی با pH بالا بکار رود.

سابقه و هدف: جنینزایی رویشی در راستای تولید بذر مصنوعی یکی از روشهای موثر جهت غلبه بر مشکلات کشت، تکثیر و حفاظت برخی گیاهان دارویی معرفی شده است. بدین منظور پینهزایی، جنینزایی و تعداد جنین رویشی چویل (Ferulago angulata L.) در محیط کشت موراشیگ و اسکوگ رقیق شده (1/4MS) در قالب سه آزمایش جداگانه بررسی شدند. مواد و روشها: آزمایش اول (پینهزایی) به صورت فاکتوریل دو عاملی شامل ترکیب هورمونی (در 10 ترکیب غلظت نفتالین استیک اسید (NAA) و بنزیل آمینوپورین (BAP)) و ژنوتیپ (دو ژنوتیپ کوهگل و چهل چشمه) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه مرکزی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه یاسوج انجام شد. عاملهای آزمایشی در آزمایش دوم (جنین زایی رویشی) شامل ژنوتیب، ریزنمونه و نور (نور کامل و تاریکی) بودند. در آزمایش بررسی تعداد جنین رویشی (آزمایش سوم) بعد از مشاهده علائم ظهور جنین اژدری تعداد جنینهای کروی، قلبی و اژدری تشکیل شده بر سطح پینه جنینزا در هر ژنوتیپ شمارش و با استفاده از آزمون T مقایسه شدند. یافتهها: در آزمایش پینهزایی، ژنوتیپ و ترکیب هورمونی در ترکیب با یکدیگر تأثیر زیادی بر میزان پینهزایی نشان دادند، بهطوری که برهمکنش این دو تیمار در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنیدار شد. ریزنمونههای حاصل از ریشهچه و ساقهچه در هر دو رقم چویل در غلظت 5/1 میلیگرم در لیتر NAA و 5/1 میلیگرم در لیتر BAP تشکیل پینه دادند. در این شرایط کمترین میزان درصد پینهزایی (صفر) مربوط به تیمار شاهد (فاقد هورمون) و ترکیباتی بود که یا از غلظت بالای اکسین در مقابل غلظت سیتوکینین استفاده شد و یا یکی از هورمونها در محیط کشت حضور نداشت. در آزمایش جنینزایی رویشی (آزمایش دوم) ریزنمونه ساقهچه در کوهگل و ریز نمونه ریشهچه در چهلچشمه تشکیل جنین کروی دادند؛ نتایج این آزمایش همچنین نشان داد که ریزنمونه ساقهچه در رقم کوهگل و ریزنمونه ریشهچه در رقم چهلچشمه تحت روشنایی با کاهش غلظت اکسن پینههای سفید رنگ با بافت ترد و شکننده و دارای خاصیت جنینزایی تولید کردند. با انتقال پینههای حاوی جنین کروی به محیطی فاقد هورمون ادامه نمو جنینهای کروی به مرحله اژدری طی شد. در آزمایش بررسی تعداد جنین رویشی (آزمایش سوم) چون شرایط تشکیل پینه جنینزا یکسان بود، بنابراین فقط دو ژنوتیپ از لحاظ تعداد جنین رویشی مقایسه شد و مشاهده شد که هر دو ژنوتیپ پاسخ یکسانی را به تشکیل جنین رویشی نشان دادند. نتیجه گیری: در مجموع یافتههای این آزمایش نشان داد که نوع ریزنمونه به ژنوتیپ بستگی دارد و میتوان از طریق پینههای با بافت ترد و شکننده جنین رویشی تولید و برای تهیه بذر مصنوعی استفاده نمود.

تاتیر تنش کمآبی بر رشد، عملکرد و غلظت آلوئین گیاه دارویی صبر زرد (.Aloe vera L) در تاریخ های مختلف برداشت
سابقه و هدف: صبرزرد یکی از مهمترین و اقتصادیترین گیاه دارویی در بسیاری از کشورهای دنیا میباشد که در صنایع غذایی، داروسازی و پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد و این گیاه بهطور گسترده در مناطق گرم و خشک دنیا کشت میشود، هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی تأثیر شدتهای مختلف تنش کمآبی بر میزان رشد، عملکرد و غلظت آلوئین گیاه دارویی صبرزرد در دورههای مختلف رشد می-باشد. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه به صورت کرتهای خردشده در زمان با چهار تکرار، در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل تنش کمآبی (۲۰، ۴۰، ۶۰، ۸۰% تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی در کل دوره رشد) و زمانهای مختلف برداشت صبرزرد (90، 180 و 270 روز بعد از اعمال تیمارها) که تیمارهای آبیاری بهعنوان عامل اصلی و زمانهای برداشت بهعنوان عامل فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. تغییرات رشد، عملکرد و غلظت آلوئین در طول زمان تحت تأثیر تیمارهای مورد مطالعه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد تنش کمآبی در همه مراحل رشد باعث کاهش رشد و عملکرد گیاه صبر زرد شد به طوری که بیشترین تعداد، عرض و قطر برگ در تیمار 20 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی به دست آمد که نسبت به تیمار 80 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی که کمترین مقدار را داشت به ترتیب 19، 22 و 16 درصد افزایش نشان داد. همچنین بیشترین ارتفاع گیاه و طول برگ در تیمار 40 درصد تخلیه رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی به دست آمد که در مقایسه با تیمار 80 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی که کمترین مقدار را داشت به ترتیب 16 و 21 درصد بیشتر بودند. بیشترین میزان وزنتر برگ و ژل در تیمار 40 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی 270 روز بعد از اعمال تیمار به دست آمد که در مقایسه با تیمار 80 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی به ترتیب 44 و 49 درصد بیشتر بودن.د همچنین نتایج نشان داد تنش کم آبی باعث کاهش تعداد پاجوش شد به طوری که بیشترین تعداد در تیمار 40 درصد تخلیه رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی 90 روز بعد از اعمال تیمارها به دست آمد. غلظت آلوئین و درصد مواد جامد نامحلول در گیاهان با افزایش شدت تنش کم آبی افزایش یافت. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده تنش کمآبی باعث افزایش غلظت آلوئین و درصد مواد جامد محلول شد به طوری که بالاترین میزان در تیمار 80 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی به ترتیب 90 و 270 روز بعد از اعمال تیمارها به دست آمد. نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق تنش کمآبی باعث کاهش رشد و عملکرد و افزایش غلظت آلوئین و مواد جامد محلول در گیاه صبرزرد گردید. بهطوری که مناسبترین تیمار 40 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی برای رشد و عملکرد، همچنین 80 درصد تخلیه ظرفیت زراعی برای غلظت آلوئین و مواد جامد محلول در هر سه تاریخ برداشت تعیین گردید.

بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی ژنوتیپهای لیمو اسیدی (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) ایران بر پایه نشانگر AFLP
سابقه و هدف: مرکبات یکی از مهمترین محصولات مناطق نیمه گرمسیری دنیا هستند که لایمهای اسیدی (Citrus aurantifolia) در آن گروه بزرگی را تشکیل میدهند. کشت و کار این گروه از لایمها از دیر باز در مناطق جنوبی ایران متداول بوده و نقش مهمی در اقتصاد منطقه دارد. از آنجا که امروزه بسیاری از درختان لایم منطقه به دلایل مختلف در معرض از بین رفتن قرار دارند، بنابراین داشتن اطلاعات درباره ژنتیک آن درختان برای طراحی برنامههای اصلاحی جهت دستیابی به گیاهان مناسب و با اهداف خاص کمک شایانی است. در این تحقیق سعی شده است نسبت به بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی ژنوتیپهای بومی لیموهای اسیدی مربوط به مناطق کاشت عمده این محصول در جنوب ایران و مقایسه آنها با شش رقم تجاری، اقدام گردد. مواد و روشها: پس از نمونهبرداری از برگهای جوان و کاملا توسعه یافته، DNA ژنومی آنها استخراج شد. از نشانگر AFLP با کاربرد چهار ترکیب پرایمری حاصل از آغازگرهای EcoRI و MseI، شامل ECGC/MAGA، ECCA/MAGA، ECCA/MAGT و ECGC/MAAG برای بررسی روابط ژنتیکی 30 ژنوتیپ بومی از سه منطقه داراب (فارس)، منوجان (کرمان) و میناب (هرمزگان) و شش رقم وارداتی استفاده شد. دادههای حاصل توسط ضریب شباهت جاکارد و الگوریتم UPGMA مورد تجزیه قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: در مجموع این چهار ترکیب، تولید 126 باند قابل نمرهدهی کردند که 63/70% حالت چندشکلی داشتند. دامنه تعداد نوارهای تکثیر شده برای هر ترکیب پرایمری در محدوده 26 الی 37 بود (متوسط 22 نواربه ازای هر ترکیب). حداکثر تعداد نوارمشاهده شدهی چند شکل در ترکیب ECCA/MAGT به تعداد 27 نواربود. میزان محتوای اطلاعات چند شکلی محاسبه شده برای تمام ترکیبها از 4/0 تا 5/0 با متوسط 48/0 بود. دامنه تشابه بدست آمده توسط ضریب تشابه جاکارد بین 24/0 تا 96/0 بود که کمترین میزان بین لیمو شیرین (C. limetta) و ژنوتیپ D8 از داراب و حداکثر بین دو ژنوتیپ منطقه میناب (M4-2 و M4-2) مشاهده شد. تجزیه خوشهای، نمونهها را در چهار گروه قرار داد که این گروهبندی با موقعیت جغرافیایی تهیه نمونهها مطابقت قابل توجهی نداشت. بهعبارت دیگر نمونههای جمعآوری شده از مناطق مختلف از یکدیگر تفکیک نشدند اما نمونههای منطقه میناب شباهت ژنتیکی بیشتری با یکدیگر در مقایسه با نمونههای دو منطقه منوجان و داراب نشان دادند که دلیل آن میتواند محدود بودن تنوع کاشت مرکبات در منطقه باشد. نتیجهگیری: درصد چندشکلی و محتوای اطلاعات چندشکلی قابل توجه حاصل از ترکیبات آغازگری بکاررفته در این پژوهش بیانگر توانمندی این نشانگرها در تفکیک ژنوتیپهای مختلف لیمو اسیدی است. با استفاده از این نشانگرها تنوع ژنتیکی چشمگیری بین ژنوتیپهای لیمو اسیدی مشاهده شد اما این تنوع به گونهای نبود که قادر باشد ژنوتیپهای مناطق مختلف را از هم منفک نماید. به نظر میرسد شاید با افزایش تعداد ترکیبات آغازگری و استفاده از سایر نشانگرها همانند SSR، SNP و غیره بتوان به این تفکیک دست یافت. همچنین نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که ژنوتیپهای لیمو اسیدی ایران به دلیل آنکه اکثرا به صورت جنسی تکثیر شدهاند دارای تنوع ژنتیکی بالایی میباشند.

تأثیر میکرو و نانوذرات دی اکسید سیلیسیم (SiO2) روی برخی ویژگی های کیفی و عناصر غذایی میوه توت فرنگی (Fragaria ananassa Duch.)
سابقه و هدف: سیلیسیم یکی از عناصر غذایی مفید برای اکثر گیاهان محسوب می شود. مطالعات اخیر نشان داده اند که سیلیسیم باعث افزایش تولید و کیفیت محصول شده و نقش مهمی در مقاومت گیاه در برابر تنش های محیطی دارد. توت فرنگی منبع خوبی از ترکیبات فعال زیستی است و به لحاظ اقتصادی و تجاری در جهان میوه ای مهم و ارزشمند به حساب می آید. تغذیه گیاهان توت فرنگی با عناصر غذایی مختلف همچون سیلیسیم برای اهداف کشاورزی می تواند بر ویژگی های کیفی و عناصر غذایی میوه آن تأثیرگذار باشد. با پیشرفت علم و تولید نانوذرات، کاربرد آنان در صنایع مختلف و از جمله کشاورزی مطرح شده است. لذا هدف این مطالعه، بررسی اثر میکرو و نانوذرات دی اکسید سیلیسیم در غلظت های مختلف و با دو روش کاربرد محلول پاشی برگی و تغذیه ریشه ای طی مراحل رشد گیاه توت فرنگی روی برخی از ویژگی های کیفی و عناصر غذایی میوه بود. مواد و روش ها: این آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار و در هر تکرار 4 گیاه در گلخانه و آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا اجرا گردید. بدین منظور میکرو و نانوذرات دی اکسید سیلیسیم در غلظت های 20، 40، 60 و 80 میلی گرم در لیتر و به دو روش محلول پاشی برگی و تغذیه ریشه ای در دو مرحله مجزا روی گیاهان اعمال شد. پس از باردهی، میوه های رسیده برداشت و برخی عناصر غذایی و ویژگی های کیفی میوه شامل میزان فسفر، پتاسیم، منیزیم، آهن، نیترات، کربوهیدرات های محلول کل، ویتامین ث، مواد جامد محلول و اسیدیته آب میوه اندازه گیری و سپس تجزیه و تحلیل آماری شدند. یافته ها: با کاربرد سیلیسیم ویژگی هایی نظیر میزان پتاسیم، منیزیم، آهن، ویتامین ث، کربوهیدرات های محلول کل، مواد جامد محلول و اسیدیته آب میوه افزایش و فسفر کاهش یافت، اما نیترات بدون تغییر ماند. در بین تمامی تیمار های به کار رفته، تغذیه ریشه ای نانوسیلیسیم با غلظت 60 میلی گرم در لیتر نسبت به دیگر تیمارها و شاهد اثرات بهتری نشان داد و در مجموع کاربرد نانو سیلیسیم نسبت به میکرو سیلیسیم نتایج بهتری داشت. نتیجه گیری: کاربرد سیلیسیم تأثیرات بارزی برعناصر غذایی و کیفیت میوه توت فرنگی داشت. تاثیر سیلیسیم بر عناصر غذایی و کیفیت میوه بستگی به فرم سیلسیم، غلظت و روش کاربرد آن داشت. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، کاربرد دی اکسید سیلیسیم (SiO2) طی مرحله رشد گیاه به خصوص در مقیاس نانو باعث افزایش اکثر عناصر غذایی و بهبود کیفی میوه توت فرنگی گردید. به طور کلی جهت تولید گلخانه ای توت فرنگی و کشت آن در محیط کشت بدون خاک، با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق می توان غلظت 60 میلی گرم در لیتر نانوسیلیسیم با روش کاربرد تغذیه ریشه ای را پیشنهاد نمود.

بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی بین همگروههای ارقام مختلف انگورهای بیدانه و دانهدار در شهرستان اراک براساس ویژگیهای مورفولوژیکی
سابقه و هدف: انگور یکی از مهمترین محصولات میوه در ایران است که اهمیت زیادی در مصارف تازه خوری و کشمش دارد. کشور ایران با تولید حدود دو میلیون تن انگور، در بین کشورهای تولید کننده این محصول در رده نهم جهان قرار دارد. برای بررسی ساختار ژنتیکی انگور از ریخت-نگاری استفاده میشود. ریختنگاری علم تمایز انگور براساس ویژگیهای مورفولوژیکی است و بر اساس آن هزاران رقم انگور بدون استفاده از نشانگرهای ژنتیکی شناسایی میشوند. هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی برخی از همگروههای ارقام بیدانه و دانهدار انگور در شهرستان اراک به منظور شناسایی همگروههای مناسب برای توسعه و کشت و کار آنها است. همچنین شناسایی همگروهها و یا ارقام مطلوب براساس ارزیابی صفات مختلف از نظر گیاهشناسی و باغبانی میتواند در حفظ ژرمپلاسم و اصلاح این محصول موثر باشد. مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی بین 49 همگروه انگور بیدانه و دانهدار از گونه vinifera با مطالعه 50 صفت مورفولوژیکی مربوط به برگ، شاخه، میوه و بذر صورت گرفت. نمونههای مورد بررسی از چند منطقه در شهرستان اراک جمعآوری گردیدند .نمونههای برگ و میوه از بخشهای مختلف بوته به طور تصادفی جمعآوری گردیدند. برای ارزیابی صفات مرتبط با برگ از هر همگروه، 30 برگ به طور تصادفی در سه تکرار انتخاب و صفات مربوط برای آنها ثبت شد. برای ارزیابی صفات مرتبط با میوه از هر همگروه سه خوشه و از هر خوشه 30 حبه به طور تصادفی در سه تکرار انتخاب و صفات مربوط برای آنها ثبت گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد تنوع بالایی در برخی از ویژگیهایی مانند وزن خوشه، تعداد حبه در خوشه، وزن حبه، درصد مواد جامد محلول، درصد اسید قابل تیتراسیون، وزن تر و خشک بذر و شاخص طعم میوه بین همگروههای انگور وجود دارد. نتایج به دست آمده از تجزیه خوشهای، نمونه-های مورد بررسی را به دو گروه اصلی تقسیم کرد به طوری که ارقام بیدانه از ارقام دانهدار تفکیک شدند. تجزیه همبستگی ساده بین 18 صفت مهم نشان داد همبستگی مثبتی بین برخی از صفات وجود دارد. نتایج تجزیۀ به عاملهای اصلی نشان داد، 13 عامل اصلی نزدیک به 38/85% از واریانس کل بین نمونهها را توجیه میکند. پنج عامل اول که بیشتر مربوط به صفات میوه و برگ بود، نزدیک به 43/59% از واریانس کل را توجیه نمودند. در تجزیه به عاملها وزن، طول، قطر و اندازه حبه به همراه صفات مربوط به بذر مانند وزن تر و خشک بذر، درصد رطوبت و ماده خشک بذر جزء صفات مهم و تاثیر گذاری بودند که در عامل اول قرار گرفتند و برای ارزیابی همگروههای انگور مناسب هستند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج کلی این تحقیق نشان داد تنوع زیادی در بین همگروههای ارقام انگور به لحاظ صفات کمی و کیفی میوه وجود دارد. همچنین، برخی از همگروههای متعلق به ارقام بیدانه و دانهدار انگور دارای صفات مطلوبی بودند که میتوان به طور تجاری مورد کشت و کار قرار گیرند و یا در برنامه اصلاح انگور برای دستیابی به نتاج مطلوبتر استفاده شوند. در بین ارقام بیدانه، بیشترین وزن یک حبه در نمونه شماره 23 (همگروه عسکری) 34/3 گرم برآورد شده است که از روستای هزاوه شهرستان اراک جمع آوری شده بود. همچنین حداکثر وزن یک حبه در بین ارقام دانهدار (24/5 گرم) در نمونه شماره 40 (همگروه شاهانی) ثبت شد. با توجه به این که تولید ارقام بیدانه با حبه بزرگتر از مهمترین اهداف اصلاح انگورهای تازه خوری است، این نتایج نشان میهد با شناسایی ارقام انگور و انتخاب والدین مناسب در برنامه های بهنژادی، میتوان ارقامی بیدانه با حبههای بزرگ را از تلاقی انگورهای بیدانه و دانهدار بدست آورد.

مطالعه تاثیر پرمنگنات پتاسیم بر صفات بیوشیمیایی پیاز خوراکی (Allium cepa)

ارزیابی اثرات تنش زمستانه (یخبندان و برف) بر برخی خصوصیات مورفولوژی و فیزیولوژی درختان تجاری مرکبات در منطقه تنکابن
مرکبات جزء گیاهان نیمه گرمسیر حساس به تنش یخبندان بوده که با توجه به نوع ژنوتیپ و شرایط محیطی، دارای واکنشهای متفاوت هستند. لذا در این آزمایش برای ارزیابی میزان آسیبپذیری ارقام تجاری مرکبات موجود در منطقه تنکابن (پرتقال تامسونناول، نارنگی اُنشو و پیج) نسبت به تنش یخبندان 1392، خصوصیات مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک آنها بعد از وقوع تنش، بر اساس طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با مقایسه میانگین LSD مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تنش یخبندان موجب کاهش کلروفیل a ، b ، کل و محتوی آب برگ شد(p≤0.01)، بطوری که شاخصهای ذکر شده در پرتقال تامسونناول بیشترین کاهش را داشته است. بر این اساس به ترتیب واکنشهای پراکسیداسیون لیپید (48/1 مایکرومول بر گرم وزنتر برگ)و نشت یونی (با میانگین 06/53%) در برگ پرتقال تامسونناول، نسبت به دو رقم مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش، بیشتر بود. با تجزیه و تحلیلهای آزمایشگاهی انجام شده مشاهده شد که در رقم اُنشو، میزان محتوی پرولین (با میانگین 3/30 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر برگ) و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی برگ (44/73%) نسبت به دو رقم دیگر، در مرتبه آماری بالاتر بوده است. اما در ارزیابی میزان شکستگی شاخه، بیشترین میزان این خسارت، در رقم پیج اندازهگیری و ثبت شد. بطور کلی با توجه به صفات اندازهگیری شده میتوان عنوان کرد که در ارقام مورد پژوهش رقم اُنشو در مقایسه با دو رقم دیگر نسبت به تنش یخبندان متحملتر بود.

بررسی اثر اسید سالیسیلیک و اسید جاسمونیک بر صفات رویشی و روابط یونی ریشه و اندام هوایی اسطوخودوس (Lavendula officinalis L.) در شرایط تنش شوری
سابقه و هدف: اسطوخودوس (Lavendula officinalis L.) مهمترین گیاه دارویی خانواده نعناعیان میباشد که از دیر باز در طب سنتی نقش داشته است. رشد و عملکرد گیاهان در بسیاری از مناطق دنیا توسط تنشهای محیطی غیرزنده از جمله شوری، محدود میگردد که در سطح جهان خسارات گستردهای به گیاهان وارد نموده است و یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدود کننده عملکرد محصولات در سرتاسر جهان به شمار میرود. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک و اسید جاسمونیک بر روی برخی از صفات رویشی، سدیم و پتاسیم ریشه و اندام هوایی گیاه دارویی اسطوخودوس در شرایط تنش شوری و نیز بررسی استفاده از اسید سالیسیلیک و جاسمونیک، برای کاهش اثرات سوء ناشی از تنش شوری و نیل به سوی معرفی نهادههای جدید مؤثر انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روشها: این آزمایش در سال 1393 در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد یادگار امام خمینی (ره) شهرری و گلخانه واقع در منطقه 4، به مرحله اجرا درآمد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاَ تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا گردید، که در آن تنش شوری از منبع نمک طعام (NaCl)، در چهار سطح (0، 25، 50 و 75 میلیمولار)، اسید سالیسیلیک در دو سطح (0 و 7/0 میلیمولار) و اسید جاسمونیک در دو سطح (0 و 100 میکرومولار) در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: مقایسه میانگین اثرات ساده شوری نشان داد که این عامل سبب کاهش معنیدار صفات مورفولوژیکی وزن خشک ریشه و اندام هوایی، طول ریشه و اندام هوایی، تعداد شاخههای فرعی، سطح برگ، نزول صفات پتاسیم ریشه و اندام هوایی و نیز افزایش سدیم ریشه و اندام هوایی، شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، تنها اثر متقابل سهگانه عوامل آزمایشی بر صفت وزن خشک ریشه، معنیدار شد. در این شرایط بیشترین میزان وزن خشک ریشه معادل (21/2 گرم) ، در عاملهای عدم اعمال تنش شوری و کاربرد اسید سالیسیلیک و جاسمونیک حاصل گردید. یافتههای تحقیق مؤید این نکته بود که بیشترین مقدار پتاسیم ریشه به ترتیب با 20/1 و 96/1 درصد وزنی عنصر در ماده خشک در شرایط عدم وجود تنش شوری و کاربرد 7/0 میلیمولار اسید سالیسیلیک و 100 میکرومولار اسید جاسمونیک حاصل گردید. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق، به نظر میرسد افزایش جذب پتاسیم ریشه و اندام هوایی نیز توانسته است به عنوان یکی از مکانیزم-های مؤثر در ارتقاء مقاومت به شوری ایفای نقش کند. هر چند در بیشتر صفات مورد آزمون، نقش اسید سالیسیلیک در بهبود صفات رویشی، محتوی پتاسیم ریشه، اندام هوایی و از طرف دیگر کاهش سدیم در ریشه و اندامهوایی گیاه اسطوخودوس مؤثرتر از اسید جاسمونیک بوده است.
