ارزیابی سلامت بومنظامهای زراعی کلزا در شهرستان گرگان با استفاده از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS)
سابقه و هدف: در سالهای اخیر توسعه و تشدید فعالیتهای کشاورزی و تلاش برای رسیدن به سوددهی بیشتر، موجب زوال سریع ساختار و خواص عملکردی در کشتبومها شده و خسارتهای زیادی را به بومنظامها وارد نموده است؛ در نتیجه امروزه تحقیق و بررسی سلامت و مدیریت کشتبومها بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است (16). امروزه کلزا بهدلیل کاربردهای فراوان در تغذیه انسان و کنجاله آن در تغذیه دام و طیور، از جایگاه ویژهای در بین محصولات کشاورزی برخوردار است (12). با توجه به نقش مهم استان گلستان در تولید دانههای روغنی و کاهش سطح زیرکشت این محصول در سالهای اخیر، نیاز به بررسی بیشتر وضعیت این مزارع میباشد. مواد و روشها: محدوده مورد مطالعه این پژوهش اراضی کشاورزی شهرستان گرگان بود. نمونهبرداریها طی ماههای اردیبهشت و خرداد سال زراعی 94-1393، در 58 مزرعه تحت کشت کلزا در شهرستان گرگان همزمان با مرحله رسیدگی کلزا انجام شد. در این مطالعه با استفاده از روش W شکل، تعداد و نوع علف هرز به تفکیک جنس و گونه ثبت شد. سپس عملکرد مربوط به هر کادر برداشت و همچنین اطلاعات مدیریتی هر مزرعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید. سپس از شاخصهای شانون-واینر، سیمپسون و عکس سیمپسون، برای اندازهگیری تنوع زیستی علفهای هرز استفاده شد. پس از تهیه و طبقهبندی لایهها، سه شاخص تنوع زیستی، عملکرد دانه و مصرف آفتکشها (علفکش، حشرهکش و قارچکش)، در محیط سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) رویهمگذاری شدند. مزارع با عملکرد بیشتر از میانگین منطقه (دو تن در هکتار)، شاخصهای تنوع زیستی و مصرف آفتکش کمتر از میانگین منطقه (4/1 لیتر مصرف آفتکش در هکتار) بهعنوان مزارع دارای سلامت استخراج شدند. یافتهها: طبق نتایج بدست آمده دامنه تغییرات شاخصهای تنوع شانون، سیمپسون و عکس سیمپسون بهترتیب، 2/2-9/0، 46/0-11/0 و 9/4-1/2 محاسبه شد. طبق نتایج از میان 58 مزرعه کلزا، تنها سه درصد از مزارع نمونهبرداری شده دارای سلامت بودند. در این پژوهش 43 درصد از مزارع مورد بررسی مصرف آفتکش بالاتر از میانگین بود. بیشتر این مزارع در محدوده شرقی، شمالی و غربی مشاهده شدند. نتایج حاصل از نقشه بدست آمده از عملکرد دانه مزارع کلزای شهرستان گرگان نشان داد که 39 درصد مزارع دارای عملکرد بالاتر از میانگین بودند. بیشتر این مزارع در محدوده شرق شهرستان قرار داشتند. نتیجهگیری: بطور کلی از دلایل سلامت مزارع بررسی شده، استفاده از آفتکشها به میزان مناسب، مصرف بذور بوجاری شده و مرغوب، ادوات سمپاشی مناسب و مدیریت بهتر مزرعه بود. از دلایل عدم دستیابی به شاخص سلامت اکثر مزارع کلزا در گرگان، وجود بانک بذر قوی علفهای هرز در مزارع که موجب سبز نشدن مطلوب بذور کلزا گردیده، همچنین آمادهسازی نامطلوب مزارع و مصرف آفتکش بیش از استاندارد میباشد.

ارزیابی سیستم های مختلف تغذیه آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد، کمیت و کیفیت اسانس گیاه دارویی گشنیز (Coriandrum sativum L.)
سابقه و هدف: گشنیز یکی از مهم ترین گیاهان دارویی بوده که به علت کیفیت بالای اسانس، علاوه بر مصارف غذایی جنبه درمانی نیز دارد. کشاورزی پایدار با رعایت اصول اکولوژیک، می تواند ضمن ایجاد توازن در محیط زیست، کارآیی استفاده از منابع را افزایش دهد و زمینۀ بهره وری طولانی تری را برای انسان فراهم آورد. کاربرد کودهای آلی با هدف جایگزینی یا کاهش قابل ملاحظه در کاربرد کودهای شیمیایی، موجب افزایش کیفیت و عملکرد در تولید پایدار گیاهان زراعی می شود. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی ارزیابی سیستم های مختلف تغذیه آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و ترکیبات اسانس گیاه دارویی گشنیز انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این آزمایش به صورت مزرعه ای در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با هشت تیمار و سه تکرار در سال 1394 در مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی شهرستان ایلام اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل 10 و 20 تن کود گاوی در هکتار، 5 و 10 تن ورمی کمپوست در هکتار، 5 تن کود گاوی همراه با 5/2 تن ورمی کمپوست در هکتار، 10 تن کود گاوی همراه با 5 تن ورمی کمپوست در هکتار، کود شیمیایی (تنها 75 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار) و شاهد (بدون کاربرد کود) بودند. صفات اندازه گیری شده شامل عملکرد دانه، درصد و عملکرد اسانس و ترکیبات مختلف اسانس بود. بهمنظور تعیین میزان اسانس از روش تقطیر با آب با دستگاه کلونجر اسانس گیری شد، اجزای اسانس توسط دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS)، انجام گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد بذر (3257/7 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، درصد اسانس (0/154درصد) و عملکرد اسانس (23/75کیلوگرم در هکتار)، محتوی لینالول (62/61 درصد) و محتوی ژرانیل استات (21/9درصد) به ترتیب در تیمارهای کاربرد 10 تن کود گاوی، 5 تن ورمی کمپوست و 10 تن کود گاوی همراه با 5 تن ورمی کمپوست به دست آمد. همچنین بیشترین محتوی آلفاپینن (11/45درصد) و گاماترپینن (7/12درصد) در اسانس در تیمار کاربرد 10 تن ورمی کمپوست به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ مدیریت تغذیه تلفیقی گیاه دارویی گشنیز اﺛﺮات ﻗﺎﺑﻞﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﮐﻤﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه داشت. بیشترین عملکردهای بذر و اسانس با کاربرد 10 تن کود گاوی و بیشترین ترکیبات اسانس با کاربرد ورمی کمپوست به دست آمد. با توجه به نتایج، سیستم های مختلف تغذیه آلی می تواند جایگزین بخش عمده ای از کود شیمیایی اوره در زراعت گیاه دارویی گشنیز شده و گامی در جهت کشاورزی پایدار و حفظ محیط زیست برداشته شود.

بررسی پراکنش و تنوع فیتوشیمیایی گونه های دارویی رز (Rosa spp.) در شمال غرب ایران
سابقه و هدف: گونههای مختلف جنس رز (Rosa spp.) از ارزشمندترین جنسهای دارویی موجود در خانواده رزاسه میباشند. گلها و میوههای گونههای مختلف رز به دلیل برخورداری از انواع فلاونوئیدها، ویتامینها و همچنین خصوصیات آنتیاکسیدانی، اهمیت زیادی در صنایع غذایی و دارویی دارند. پراکندگی جغرافیایی این گونهها در اروپا، ترکیه، ایران، روسیه، افغانستان، پاکستان و عراق میباشد. کشور ایران از اصلیترین مراکز تنوع این گیاه دارویی ارزشمند محسوب میشود. در راستای آغاز اهلیسازی گونههای دارویی رز، تنوع فیتوشیمیایی و آنتیاکسیدانی گلهای 27 ژنوتیپ (6 گونه) جنس رز در شمال غرب ایران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: سه استان شمال غرب کشور (آذربایجان غربی، آذربایجان شرقی، کردستان) برای جمعآوری نمونههای گیاهی و انجام آزمایشها انتخاب شدند. پس از شناسایی گونهها، عصارهگیری از نمونهها با استفاده از روش اولتراسونیک انجام گرفت. تنوع فیتوشیمیایی اندام گل بر اساس محتوای فنول کل (روش فولین سیکالتو)، فلاونوئید کل (روش آلومینیوم کلراید)، کاروتنوئید کل، کلروفیل a و b (روش لیچن تالر) و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی (روش DPPH وFRAP) ارزیابی گردید. کلیه دادههای بهدست آمده با سه تکرار و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SAS آنالیز شدند. از آزمون LSD برای مقایسه میانگین دادهها استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد ژنوتیپهای جمعآوری شده از مناطق مختلف، تفاوتهای معنیداری در سطح احتمال یک درصد از نظر خصوصیات فیتوشیمیایی مورد مطالعه دارند. بیشترین میزان فنول کل (02/104 میلیگرم گالیک اسید بر گرم وزن خشک) در ژنوتیپ G9 (R. canina) و کمترین میزان آن (78/19 میلیگرم گالیک اسید بر گرم وزن خشک) در ژنوتیپ G26 (R. hemisphaerica) مشاهده شد. بیشترین میزان فلاونوئید کل در ژنوتیپ G14 (R. hemisphaerica) با 32/9 (میلیگرم کوئرستین بر گرم وزن خشک) و کمترین آن در ژنوتیپ G26 (R. hemisphaerica) با 89/1 (میلیگرم کوئرستین بر گرم وزن خشک) ثبت گردید. همچنین بیشترین میزان کلروفیل a و b مربوط در ژنوتیپهای G20 (R. canina) و G25 (R. canina) و بیشترین کاروتنوئید کل (18/670 میکروگرم بر گرم وزن خشک) در ژنوتیپ G1 (R. canina) گزارش شد. در روش DPPH بیشترین فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی در گلهای ژنوتیپ G19 (R. canina) با 60/75 درصد، و در روش FRAP بیشترین فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی در گلهای ژنوتیپ G1 (R. canina) با 63/242 (میکرومول بر گرم وزن خشک) مشاهده شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که شمال غرب کشور تنوع وسیعی از گونههای مختلف رز دارد که میتواند در برنامههای اصلاحی موردتوجه قرار گیرد. از نظر پراکنش، ترکیبات فنولی و خصوصیات آنتیاکسیدانی ژنوتیپهای نسترن کوهی (R. canina) نسبت به سایر گونهها در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار داشتند که میتواند موردتوجه قرار گیرد. خصوصیات فیتوشیمیایی گونههای مختلف رز همبستگی بالایی با نوع ژنوتیپ و محل جمعآوری داشت و دارای منابع غنی از آنتیاکسیدانهای طبیعی و ترکیبات دارویی ارزشمند بود که میتوانند در صنایع دارویی و غذایی کاربرد فراوان داشته باشند.

بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی تودههای گردو (Juglans regia L.) بومی استان لرستان با استفاده از روش آماری چندمتغیره
سابقه و هدف: گردوی ایرانی (Juglans regia L.) یکی از مهمترین گونههای جنس Juglans است و ایران از مراکز مهم تنوع ژنتیکی آن میباشد. لذا تعیین تنوع ژنتیکی تودههایگردوی ایرانی به خصوص در استان لرستان دارای اهمیت بالایی میباشدتا در صورت وجود تنوع ژنتیکیکافی در صفات مختلف و همچنین دانه، بتوان از نتایج آن در برنامههای اصلاحی آینده گردو استفاده شود. مواد و روشها: در این آزمایش 43 ژنوتیپ گردوی ایرانی بومی استان لرستان از پنج توده الشتر، دورود، خرم آباد، بروجرد و نورآباد با سنجش 41 صفت مورفولوژیک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. اندازهگیری صفات روی 10 تا 20 نمونه از هر درخت و 5 تا 10 برگ به صورت تصادفی برای تعداد 41 صفت مربوط به برگ و دانه گردو مانند روغن و پروتئین مغز انجام شد. یافتهها: تجزیه واریانس یکطرفه دادهها اختلاف معنیداری را بین مناطق برای اکثر صفات نشان داد. مقایسه میانگین دادهها به روش آزمون دانکن در سطح پنج درصد نشان داد در اکثر صفات اختلاف معنیداری بین مناطق مختلف وجود دارد. بررسی ضرایب تنوع مربوط به صفات مختلف نشان داد که بیشترین تنوع مربوط به صفت وزن پوست سبز (51/35 درصد) بود. سپس، بهترتیب صفات رطوبت پوست سبز (45/29 درصد) و وزن دانه سبز (39/28 درصد) بیشترین تنوع را در صفات مورد بررسی داشتند. بر اساس مقادیر پروتئین و روغن بالا، بهترتیب تودههای الشتر (26/20 و 1/64 درصد)، بروجرد (98/19 و 73/60 درصد) و دورود (14/19 و 11/59 درصد) بهعنوان تودههای مطلوب برای این صفات تشخیص داده شدند. از نظر عملکرد دانه، توده بروجرد با داشتن وزن دانه با پوست سخت (13/12 گرم) و بالاترین وزن مغز (98/4 گرم) مناسبترین توده جهت انتخاب پایههای با عملکرد مناسب دانه میباشد امّا، بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سخت در توده نورآباد و بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سبز در توده دورود مشاهده شد. تجزیه خوشهای صفات مورفولوژیک بر اساس روش Ward، ژنوتیپها را در فاصله 21/41– به سه خوشه و تودهها را نیز در فاصله 71/67 به سه خوشه متمایز نمود. در خوشه اول سه توده الشتر، نورآباد و بیرانشهر، در خوشه دوم توده دورود و در خوشه سوم توده بروجرد به تنهایی قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی، سه عامل اصلی در مجموع 30/93 درصد از واریانس کل را توجیه نمودند. پراکنش تودهها بر اساس دو مولفه اصلی با تجزیه خوشهای تودههای گردو در استان لرستان بر اساس صفات مورفولوژیک همخوانی داشت و تودهها در سه ناحیه مختلف در دیاگرام قرار گرفتند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که جریان ژنی بین تودههای که تا حدود زیادی نزدیکی جغرافیایی با هم داشتند سبب شده که این تودهها در تجزیه کلاستر نیز در یک گروه قرار بگیرند. از بین صفات مورد بررسی صفات حجم و ضخامت دانه سبز، طول و عرض دانه با پوست سخت بیشترین تاثیر را در پراکنش تودهها در این مطالعه داشتهاند. تودههای دورود و سپس نورآباد بهترتیب به جهت داشتن بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سبز و بیشترین درصد مغز با پوست سخت جهت گزینش از نظر عملکرد مغز و انجام برنامههای اصلاحی آینده گردو در استان لرستان قابل توصیه میباشند. نتایج نشان داد که تودههای گردوی استان لرستان دارای تنوع بالایی بوده و گزینش باید از نظر صفات مورد نظر صورت گیرد.

چکیده سابقه و هدف: انتخاب روش مناسب برداشت زیتون تاثیر زیادی در کاهش خسارتهای وارده به میوه و درخت و هم چنین راندمان برداشت داشته و برداشت نامناسب باعث کاهش باردهی درخت در سال آینده میشود. گستردگی باغها، تنوع ارقام در یک باغ و کمبود و هزینه بالای کارگر، استفاده از ابزار مکانیکی را ضروری میسازد. بنابراین آزمایشی در سال 1394 در یکی از باغهای شهرستان رامیان واقع در استان گلستان انجام شد تا بهترین رقم و روش برداشت زیتون برای برداشت مکانیزه این میوه مشخص شود. مواد و روشها: در این آزمایش راندمان برداشت و خسارت به سه رقم محصول زیتون (ماری، والانولیا و زرد) توسط چهار روش برداشت (چوبزنی (روش مرسوم منطقه)، شاخهتکان فرقونی، شانهی مکانیکی و شاخهتکان دستی) در قالب طرح کرتهای خرد شده با سه تکرار صورت پذیرفت. یافتهها: نتایج آنالیز واریانس، حاکی از معنیدار (01/0≥P) بودن درصد و مقدار برگ ریخته شده، درصد میوه آسیب دیده به میوه برداشت شده و شاخص خسارت نسبت به اثرات ساده رقم و روش برداشت و اثر متقابل آنها بود. نتایج نشان داد که رقم ماری با 80/81 درصد بیشترین راندمان را در بین ارقام و شاخهتکان دستی با مقدار 20/88 درصد، نسبت به روشهای دیگر راندمان بیشتری داشت. در تمامی روشها کمترین درصد خسارت روی رقم والانولیا و بیشترین خسارت وارده روی رقم زرد مشاهده شد. در روش برداشت با شانهی مکانیکی، رقم زرد بیشترین (32/45 درصد) و رقم والانولیا کمترین (03/7 درصد) میوههای آسیبدیده را داشت. شاخص خسارت در روش برداشت چوبزنی روی رقم زرد بیشترین مقدار بوده (29/76 درصد) و اختلاف معنیداری با شاخص خسارت رقمهای ماری و والانولیا که با این روش برداشت شدند، داشت. شاخص خسارت در این دو رقم به ترتیب 12/54 و 03/23 درصد، اندازهگیری شد. شاخص خسارت شانهی مکانیکی روی رقم زرد با 92/74 درصد در رده دوم بوده و با روش برداشت چوبزنی اختلاف معنیداری نداشت. شاخص خسارت رقمهای والانولیا و ماری نیز در روش برداشت چوبزنی نسبت به سایر روشهای برداشت با اختلاف معنیدار بیشترین مقدار بود. در روش شانهی مکانیکی روی رقم والانولیا کمترین شاخص خسارت دیده شد و رقم والانولیا در هر چهار روش برداشت نسبت به دو رقم دیگر شاخص خسارت کمتری داشت. حداکثر برگ ریخته شده در روش برداشت چوبزنی روی رقم والانولیا (77/10 درصد) مشاهده گردید. ارقام ماری و زرد نیز به ترتیب با 21/8 و 58/7 درصد در مراتب بعدی درصد ریزش برگ نسبت به میوهی برداشت شده با این روش قرار داشتند. برداشت با شاخهتکان فرقونی کمترین درصد برگ ریخته شده نسبت به سایر روشها را داشته و اختلاف معنیداری بین درصد برگ ریخته شده ارقام مورد بررسی با این روش مشاهده نشد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اینکه راندمان برداشت با شاخهتکان دستی بیشتر از دیگر روشها بوده، این روش از جهت برداشت مکانیکی مناسبتر است. هم چنین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که روش برداشت چوبزنی به علت داشتن خسارت بالا در همهی گروههای خسارتی، مناسب نیست و منجر به کاهش کیفیت روغن و کنسرو حاصله میشود.

بررسی اثرات جیبرلیک اسید و هیومیک اسید بر شاخصهای مورفوفیزیولوژیک و عمر گلجایی گل شاخه بریدنی نرگس
سابقه و هدف: نرگس یکی از مهمترین گیاهان پیازی زینتی در مناطق معتدله میباشد که به عنوان گل بریدنی و گیاه گلدانی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد و افزون بر این، این گل در سطح وسیعی برای زیبا سازی محیط زندگی در باغها، پارکها و چشم اندازها کشت میشود (14). ماندگاری کم گل شاخه بریدنی نرگس بعد از برداشت و پژمردگی سریع گلبرگهای آن یکی از عوامل محدود کننده در نگهداری و فروش این گل بعد از برداشت میباشد، بهطوری که گلهای تازه برداشت شده نرگس عمر کوتاهی حدود 8-4 روز دارند (6). پیری گلها بعد از برداشت یکی از محدودیتهای عمده در تولید بسیاری از گلهای شاخهبریدنی میباشد، هر عاملی که چنین فرآیندهای تخریبی و فیزیولوژیکی را غیر فعال یا آنها را به تأخیر اندازد، میتواند سبب بهبود ماندگاری گلهای شاخه بریده گردد (12). تولید گلهای شاخه بریدنی با کیفیت مناسب و ماندگاری طولانی یکی از فعالیتهای اقتصادی مورد توجه فعالان این صنعت میباشد (2). پژوهشهای گذشته در صدد افزایش کیفیت و کمیت تولید گلهای شاخه بریدنی و گیاهان زینتی بودند که در این بین، تنظیم کنندههای رشد گیاهی دارای اهمیت ویژهای بوده که از مهمترین آنها میتوان به اثرات مثبت جیبرلینها اشاره کرد (10). هیومیک اسید نیز ترکیب پلیمری طبیعی اسـت کـه مـیتوانـد بــه صــورت مــستقیم بــه عنــوان ترکیــبات شــبه هورمــونی جیبرلیک اسید، اکــسین و سایتوکینین و یا غیر مستقیم از طریق افزایش جذب و نقل و انتقال عناصر غذایی در داخل گیاه سبب بهبود کیفیت و ماندگای گیاهان زینتی گردد (20). تحقیق حاضر با هدف بهبود ماندگاری گل شاخه بریدنی نرگس رقم ژرمن و تعیین غلظت مناسب جیبرلیک اسید و هیومیک اسید انجام شد. مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر جهت بررسی اثرات جیبرلیک اسید و هیومیک اسید بر شاخصهای مختلف رشد و ماندگاری گل نرگس بر اساس آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی با دو فاکتور و 12 تیمار و با سه تکرار اجرا شد و در هر تکرار پنج گلدان در نظر گرفته شد که در هر گلدان یک پیاز کشت گردید و در مجموع 180 گلدان کشت شد. فاکتور اول جیبرلیک اسید در چهار سطح که شامل: صفر (تیمار شاهد)، 150، 300، 450 پی پی ام بود و هیومیک اسید به عنوان فاکتور دوم، با سه سطح شامل: صفر (تیمار شاهد )، 250 و 500 پی پی ام در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از جدول تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر تیمار جیبرلیک اسید بر طول ساقه گلدهنده، مواد جامد محلول و شاخص ثبات غشای سلولی اختلاف معنیداری با شاهد داشت (جدول 2). تیمارهای جیبرلیک اسید و هیومیک اسید به صورت جداگانه اختلاف معنیداری بر ماندگاری گل شاخه بریدنی و وزن تر نسبی گل نرگس داشتند. همچنین هیومیک اسید باعث افزایش قطر ساقه گلدهنده و میزان کلسیم ساقه شد. بیشترین طول برگ نیز مربوط به اثر متقابل تیمارهای جیبرلیک اسید 300 پی پی ام و هیومیک اسید500 پی پی ام بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که با توجه به صفات مورد بررسی استفاده از غلظتهای جیبرلیک اسید 300 پی پی ام و هیومیک اسید 500 پی پی ام بهترین تیمار بود که توانست ماندگاری گل و صفات مورد بررسی در این پژوهش را بهبود بخشد.

اثرات محلول پاشی سدیم نیترو پروساید بر فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانت و عملکرد ماده موثره ماریتیغال تحت تنش خشکی
سابقه و هدف: ماریتیغال گیاه دارویی است که برای تولید سیلیمارین و روغن کشت میشود. سیلیمارین ترکیبی از فلاونولیگنانهای مختلف میباشد که برای درمان بیماریهای کبدی و بسیاری از بیماریهای دیگر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. تنش خشکی در این گیاه ضمن کاهش عملکرد دانه، عملکرد متابولیتهای ثانویه را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثرات سدیم نیتروپروساید بر فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدانت و عملکرد ماده موثره ماریتیغال در شرایط کمبود آب انجام شد. مواد و روشها: آزمایش به صورت کرتهای دو بار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زنجان در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. در این آزمایش سدیم نیتروپروساید (SNP) در سه سطح صفر، 100 و 200 میکرومول در لیتر بعنوان فاکتور اصلی، تنش خشکی در سه سطح شاهد، قطع آبیاری از مرحله ساقهروی و قطع آبیاری از مرحله گردهافشانی بعنوان فاکتور فرعی و دو ژنوتیپ ماریتیغال (مجاری و ساری) بعنوان فاکتور فرعیفرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. صفات اندازهگیری شامل فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز، پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، پایداری غشاء سلولی، درصد و عملکرد سیلیمارین و عملکرد دانه بود. یافتهها: تنش خشکی از مرحله ساقهروی محتوای نسبی آب برگ و از هر دو مرحله قطع آبیاری پایداری غشاء سلولی را کاهش داد، در صورتیکه محلولپاشی با سدیم نیترو پروساید از کاهش بیشتر محتوای نسبی آب برگ در شرایط تنش جلوگیری و پایداری غشاء سلولی را بهبود داد. قطع آبیاری از مرحله ساقهروی فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز را در هر دو ژنوتیپ بطور معنیداری افزایش داد، در حالیکه فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز را در رقم مجاری کاهش و در اکوتیپ ساری فعالیت آسکوربات پراکسیداز را افزایش و بر فعالیت پراکسیداز تاثیری نداشت. کاربرد SNP فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدانت را در رقم مجاری بطور معنیداری بوِیژه در مرحله تنش ساقهروی افزایش داد، اما در اکوتیپ ساری فقط در تنش گردهافشانی سبب افزایش فعالیت آنزیم آسکوربات پراکسیداز گردید در صورتیکه در تنش ساقهروی سبب کاهش معنیدار آنزیم کاتالاز شد و تاثیری نیز بر فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز نداشت. با افزایش شدت تنش محتوای سیلیمارین دانه بطور معنیداری افزایش یافت، ولی تاثیری بر عملکرد سیلیمارین نداشت. کاربرد 100 میکرومولار SNP اثر افزایشی بر درصد سیلیمارین دانه داشت و نیز عملکرد سیلیمارین را در هر دو مرحله قطع آبیاری نسبت به گیاهانی که فقط تحت تیمار خشکی بودند بهبود داد. همچنین عملکرد دانه تحت تاثیر تنش بطور معنیداری کاهش پیدا نمود در حالی که این کاهش با محلولپاشی 100 میکرومولار SNP در مرحله تنش ساقهروی و گردهافشانی جبران گردید. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که محلولپاشی گیاهان با SNP بویژه در سطح 100 میکرومولار با افزایش فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدانت و بهبود کارایی مصرف آب و تروایی غشاء سلولی از افت عملکرد دانه در شرایط کمبود آب جلوگیری و درصد و عملکرد ماده موثره ماریتیغال را افزایش میدهد.

ارزیابی اثر سایکوسل و سالیسیلیک اسید بر برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک و اسانس گیاه دارویی بادرشبویه (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) تحت شرایط تنش خشکی و نرمال
مقدمه: خشکی یکی از مهمترین تنشهای محیطی است که مورفولوژی، فیزیولوژی و بیوشیمی گیاه را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد و اثرات عمدهای بر تولید کشاورزی میگذارد. کاربرد ترکیبات محرک رشد (سالیسیلیک اسید) و بازدارنده رشد (سایکوسل) در دامنهای از فرایندهای مختلف رشدی و در افزایش تحمل به خشکی در گیاهان اثر گذارند. به منظور بررسی اثر تنظیم کنندههای رشدی، سایکوسل و سالیسیلیک اسید بر تغییرات فیزیولوژیک و تغییرات اسانس گیاه بادرشبو در شرایط تنش خشکی، در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زنجان انجام گرفت مواد و روش: آزمایش به صورت اسپیلیت پلات با دو عامل دو عامل آبیاری (آبیاری نرمال و تنش کم آبی) و تنظیم کننده-های رشدی (شاهد، سایکوسل 600، سایکوسل 1200، اسید سالیسیلیک 800 و اسید سالیسیلیک 1600 میکرو مولار) با چهار تکرار در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی اجرا شد. تنش خشکی به صورت پیوسته با قطع کامل آب در بازه زمانی قبل از گلدهی تا انتهای آزمایش اعمال گردید. اعمال سطوح مختلف اسید سالیسیلیک (800 و 1600 میکرو مولار)، سایکوسل (600 و 1200 میکرو مولار) و شاهد (بدون محلول پاشی) به صورت یک بار محلول پاشی دو روز قبل از اعمال تنش خشکی انجام شد. یافتهها: اثر متقابل رژیم رطوبتی در تنظیم کننده رشد در سال برای صفات تعرق، هدایت روزنهای، فتوسنتز، هدایت مزوفیلی و کارآیی مصرف آب فتوسنتزی معنیدار بود اما برای صفات محتوای نسبی آب، درصد اسانس، عملکرد اسانس و غلظت CO2 زیر روزنهای معنیدار نبود. مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل تنظیم کننده رشد در رطوبت برای صفت عملکرد اسانس نشان داد که در شرایط تنش رطوبتی اختلافی بین سطوح شاهده نمیشود ولی در شرایط نرمال اختلاف وجود دارد، بطوریکه سالیسیلیک (1600 میکرو مولار) بیشترین مقدار عملکرد اسانس را دارا بود. همبستگی منفی و معنیدار بین درصد اسانس با سرعت تعرق، هدایت روزنهای و سرعت فتوسنتز و رابطه مثبت و معنیدار با صفت کارایی مصرف آب فتوسنتزی وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که تنش خشکی سبب کاهش صفات فیزیولوژیک شامل، محتوای کلروفیل، سرعت فتوسنتز، هدایت روزنهای و سرعت تعرق میشود. همچنین با اعمال تنش خشکی وضعیت آب در گیاه دچار تغییرات معنی-داری میگردد و محتوای نسبی آب برگ کاهش پیدا میکند. تنش خشکی موجب کاهش درصد و عملکرد اسانس شد بطوریکه حتی استفاده از تنظیم کنندههای رشدی که در این آزمایش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند نتوانست این کاهش را جبران کنند. پس میتوان نتیجه گرفت که در شرایط تنش خشکی به علت کاهش کلروفیل و سبزینگی گیاه و همچنین کاهش سطح برگ میزان اسانس گیاه بادرشبویه کاهش پیدا میکند.

سابقه و هدف: کاسنی از خانواده آستراسه و دارای برگهای آبی و یا صورتی است و گونهی گیاهی با ارزش که سرشار از فلاونوئید و اینولین است و ریشه آن بعنوان تنها منبع ریشهای تولید اینولین است. تنش خشکی یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدود کننده عملکرد در دنیا به شمار میرود. به منظور بررسی ویژگیهای زراعی، عملکرد گل و درصد اینولین ریشه کاسنی تحت تیمارهای مختلف کود زیستی و تنش خشکی پژوهش حاضر انجام شد.مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 94- 1393 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پژوهشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زابل انجام شد. عامل اصلی تنش خشکی شامل: آبیاری بر اساس 90، 70 و 50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی در کل دوره رشد و عامل فرعی کودهای زیستی شامل: شاهد (عدم کاربرد کود)، نیتروکسین، ریزموجودات مفید (Effective Microorganism=EM) و نانو کلات پتاسیم بودند. ویژگیهای از قبیل ارتفاع بوته، تعداد ساقه در بوته، تعداد گل در بوته، عملکرد گل، وزن خشک و تر ریشه، درصد نیتروژن برگ و درصد اینولین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای اعمال تنش خشکی از دستگاه TDR استفاده شد. پس از جمعآوری دادهها، برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از نرمافزار SAS استفاده شد و مقایسه میانگینها به کمک آزمون دانکن در سطح احتمال پنج درصد انجام گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر برهمکنش تنش خشکی و کودهای زیستی، بر کلیه ویژگیهای مورد بررسی به جز ارتفاع بوته معنیدار شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش شدت تنش ارتفاع بوته، تعداد ساقه و گل در بوته، عملکرد گل، وزن تر و خشک ریشه، درصد اینولین ریشه و درصد نیتروژن برگ کاهش یافت. کاربرد کودهای زیستی نیز سبب افزایش ویژگیهای مورد بررسی گردید. بیشترین ارتفاع بوته، تعداد ساقه و گل در بوته، عملکرد گل، وزن تر و خشک ریشه و درصد اینولین ریشه از آبیاری کامل، همراه با کاربرد کود EM بهدست آمد. کاربرد کود زیستی EM در تیمارهای آبیاری پس از 70 و 50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی بهترتیب رتبههای دوم و سوم درصد اینولین را نشان دادند. با افزایش شدت تنش از شاهد به تیمار آبیاری پس از 50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی، درصد نیتروژن برگ کاهش یافت بهطوریکه بیشترین درصد نیتروژن از آبیاری پس از 90 درصد ظرفیت زراعی توام با کاربرد نیتروکسین و کمترین آن از اعمال تنش شدید خشکی و عدم کاربرد کود حاصل شد. نتیجهگیری: در این آزمایش بهترین تیمار برای بیشترین وزن تر، خشک و درصد اینولین ریشه، کاربرد ریز موجودات(EM) در شرایط 90 درصد ظرفیت زراعی بود. بهطور کلی میتوان بیان داشت که استفاده از کودهای زیستی میتواند باعث تعدیل اثر تنش خشکی در گیاه دارویی کاسنی گردید.

اثر محلول پاشی با جیبرلیک اسید بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی نارنگی رقم انشو
سابقه و هدف: مرکبات از مهمترین محصولات باغی در جهان به شمار میآیند که هم به صورت تازه خوری و هم آب میوه برای سلامتی مصرف کننده مفید میباشند. با توجه به مضرات استفاده از سموم شیمیایی برای انسان و محیطزیست، دستاوردهای جدید در استفاده از موادی که اثرات سوء و زیانآور برای انسان و محیط را به همراه نداشته باشند، حائز اهمیت میباشد. استفاده از ترکیبات طبیعی مانند جیبرلینها میتواند در فرمولاسیون تجاری در مراحل رشد سریع میوه، قبل از برداشت و پس از برداشت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد که عکس العملهای اقتصادی را در پی دارد. لذا این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثر جیبرلیک اسید بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی میوه نارنگی انشو میانرس و دستیابی به بهترین زمان محلول پاشی، انجام شد. مواد و روشها: به منظور ارزیابی اثر جیبرلیک اسید بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی میوه نارنگی انشو میانرس آزمایشی در سال 1394- 1395 با دو عامل جیبرلیک اسید در 5 سطح (0، 10، 30، 50 و 70 میلیگرم در لیتر) در سه زمان (60، 45 و 30 روز قبل از برداشت) به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و با 3 تکرار انجام شد. در پایان آزمایش، صفات مورفولوژیک، کمی و کیفی میوه و خسارت مگس مدیترانهای، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد با اعمال تیمار جیبرلیک اسید و افزایش غلظت آن در تمامی زمانهای مطالعه شده، وزن تک میوه، عملکرد در هر درخت و عملکرد در هر هکتار، به طور معنیداری نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت ولی بیشترین میزان افزایش با تیمار جیبرلیک اسید 70 میلیگرم در لیتر محلولپاشی شده در 60 روز قبل از برداشت، مشاهده شد. همچنین درصد ریزش میوهها در قبل از برداشت، درصد خسارت مگس مدیترانهای در تمامی تیمارهای اعمال شده بهطور معنیداری نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت. تیمار جیبرلیک اسید با غلظت-های 30، 50 و 70 میلیگرم در لیتر زمان رسیدن میوه را بهطور معنیداری نسبت به شاهد به تاخیر انداخت. نتیجه گیری: در مجموع، تیمار جیبرلیک اسید توانست کمیت و کیفیت میوه را بهطور معنیداری افزایش دهد. در بین زمانهای مطالعه شده، زمان 60 روز قبل از برداشت به عنوان بهترین زمان انتخاب شد. هر چند با افزایش غلظت جیبرلیک اسید تا تیمار 70 میلیگرم در لیتر، درآمد ناخالص باغدار به ازای فروش کل محصول و درآمد ناخالص باغدار به ازای افزایش عملکرد نسبت به شاهد بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت. اما بیشترین نسبت درآمد کل و نسبت درآمد حاصل از افزایش عملکرد به ازای هر واحد هزینه در ازای مصرف جیبرلیک اسید، در تیمار جیبرلیک اسید 10 میلیگرم در لیتر محلولپاشی شده در زمان 60 روز قبل از برداشت بهترتیب به میزان 43/219 و 49/22 تومان مشاهده شد.
